I always had to call him about updates, Is the car ready, did you find the part, etc Even after he says he will call me. He couldn't find a part at one point , a gas tank, I found a new one on the internet within a half hour. Now the brakes are not sounding good. They were allright when I took the car in! It's a smaller rural Ford dealership where Hal the owner is also one of the primary salesmen. I was looking for a no haggle experience. Although I'm very experienced with trucks Hal provided me with technical guidance on a build out and made sure the vehicle was ordered and built exactly the way I wanted it. He saved me several thousand dollars by being able to provide insight into which options met my needs and which ones are over kill. This is a smaller rural dealership and they are able to spend time with you as needed. When I checked around many friends gave top marks to their service department. When we picked up the new truck last week Chris the lead diesel mechanic also came out and spent time with me and made sure I was up to speed on the nuances of operating a diesel engine.
