We used Foxtail to cater our wedding and we were blown away by their service. The team at Foxtail was so accommodating and helped work with our budget, but still executed such an amazing experience. My husband and I love good food, so we wanted the food at our wedding to be special. Foxtail created a the perfect menu for us. Our guests are still raving about the food and drinks! It did not look like "wedding food" - it was beautiful, delicious and unique. They also provided such great service on the wedding day- our servers, bartenders, and event staff were all so great. Highly recommend Foxtail, you won't be disappointed!

It simply doesn't get better than Foxtail. Their commitment to detail, their incredible staff, their empathic and proactive way of producing an event made our wedding party the best night of our lives. From the very start, our event planner, Melanie, deeply understood our vision and guided us along the planning process to make sure it was executed flawlessly. She was a joy to work with, was able to anticipate and handle every obstacle with grace, and thought of the smallest details that would make the night memorable, joyful, and magically comfortable for us and our guests. I'll never forgot what it was like to walk into our venue for the first time and see the event brought to life -- it truly took our breath away. Everything was considered --from the design and flow of the space to the smallest details on the bar and on the food stations. And now, a moment for the food. We had a very specific vision to have Korean and Japanese food and a mix of grazing tables, family style, and food stations. We wanted our guests to get up and walk around and to feel like the food was shared and casual. Foxtail absolutely nailed it and everything was incredibly delicious -- the short rib bao bun is legitimately one of the best Korean fusion dishes I've ever had. I think my favorite food compliment was when someone said, "this is the food I wish I was eating at every wedding." Foxtail also accommodated our guest's various food allergies and packed food for my husband and I to eat when we got home. There's this incredible high-caliber of professionalism and quality that Foxtail leads with -- but what we fell in love with was their heart. Even though our event was far from their biggest or fanciest, we felt so taken care of and heard. Hiring them was the best decision we made and now, we just have to find an excuse to throw another big party so we can work with them again :)

Beautiful plating of an October wedding for a baby kale salad with roasted heirloom squash!

Where to even begin? Can I give 6 stars?? We just had a destination wedding on 10/29/16 & I am still hearing compliments about how beautiful and delicious the food was. I guarantee that with Foxtail, they'll exceed expectations and deliver the most delicious and beautifully arranged dinner course that will make you wonder how they do it outside of the confines of a normal kitchen! Our engagement with Foxtail was a very unique one (to say the least)--where I served as a three-in-one (MOH, Wedding Planner, & Day-of Coordinator) for a 3 month-long wedding engagement. For two entire months, I had contacted over 20 caterers from yelp, and with each one, I was seriously underwhelmed with either the menu, or the time of response it took for some of the account managers took to respond (some took 3 days to respond between each email correspondence!!). BUT, with Foxtail, it was completely different. From start to finish, Christina made sure that I was taken care of, answered my 23948732 questions so promptly (I'm a project manager, so I know how to ask tons of questions) and delivered a menu that I knew for sure would WOW our guests. At first glance of the menu, I knew this caterer would be the one. Since our venue was a private villa, everything had to be brought to the venue (including ovens, dinner rentals, tables, chairs, heat lamps, etc). In order to keep myself sane day-of and limit the # of unique vendors, I trusted Christina to source the exact type of rentals that I needed and she was seriously SO helpful throughout the whole process. We couldn't do the complementary menu tasting because I had booked a flight out on the only day that they had a spot available, but I had full trust in Christina and the Foxtail team to deliver, so I had no issue with it. Throughout the wedding, the food was so delicious, and the servers/waiters never left a glass half-empty! It was a beautiful night and I seriously couldn't have done it without Foxtail. I heard compliments saying that it was the most delicious salmon they had ever had (and mind you, these are folks who have been to plenty of nice restaurants, flying from overseas!), and I was so ecstatic to hear that everyone LOVED the appetizers and the dinner menu. They helped clean up more than they were scoped to do and left the place SO clean & even helped to trash our florals (which we had A LOT of). I am just so grateful for the team & for making my life so easy! They are a bit on the pricier side, but for a once-in-a-lifetime event like this--it is SO worth it. I usually never write reviews, but this was one I knew I had to write :). Thank you again Foxtail! I am so grateful for your team!

Our wedding day was in the heat of the summer, so we opted for a tomato almond gazpacho. YUM!

Rhonda and her team were fantastic at my wedding. We had 160 people and our venue was pretty complicated--a 20 acre property with multiple locations for the pre-ceremony drinks, cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert/drinks/dancing. Everything was flawless.. the food was prepared beautifully and was DELICIOUS. People still randomly bring up the wonderful family-style meal we ate that evening, and it's been several months! They were also really reasonably priced compared to other companies we got quotes from. Rhonda was such a pleasure to work with, and she made the planning process easy. Here's my menu, so you can get an idea of the magic her chefs can create: First Course Assorted Brick Oven baked Artisan Breads Green Salad with Frisee & Shaved Honeydew With Jicama, Radishes & Serpent Cucumbers, With Blackcurrant Vinaigrette Second Course Served Family Style Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs and Breasts with Plumped Mission Figs, Braised Chard & Saba Grilled Tri-Tip Steak With Seasonal root vegetables & Cilantro Chimichurri Shaved Zucchini Ribbons Tossed With Lemon, Basil, Pecorino & Walnut Wild Mushroom Farrotto With Toasted Garlic, Reggiano & Chopped Parsley

Great little beet, citrus, goat cheese salad. Fresh and delicious

However, a few months before the wedding I was so overwhelmed with all the detail that Brenda offered to meet and she just helped me organized my priorities and made me feel really good about the progress I had made. She did the same 6 weeks later. OMG, so helpful to keep me going and manage the overwhelm. As the date grew nearer, she started leading more to ensure we took care of those horrible details (seating charts, signage, communication with vendors, table set ups, and the timeline, etc). At every moment she was calm, lovely, relatable, fun, reassuring, and extremely competent. The week before the wedding she came over and took ownership of all the "stuff" (candles, ceremony items, decorations, etc). That felt sooo good. She was great at the rehearsal and made sure "all the cats were herded"so we got through the rehearsal and worked out all the details. The day of the wedding? We were so relaxed and didn't think about a single thing. The tables were set exactly as we had discussed, the ambiance was amazing, every little detail she had taken care of. and then she cleaned up and stored everything for us and then brought it back to us a couple of days later. During the wedding, Brenda was a total ninja....I barely saw her at the wedding as she was in the background making it all happen so we could enjoy our guests. A guest even took a picture of her that makes her look like the super hero she is, LOL! You will LOVE working with Brenda. I cannot recommend her more vigorously. She is amazing.

From the first call, she put our anxious brains at ease and listened carefully to what weirdo vision we had in mind + what things we were most afraid of turning awry. Having never planned such a fete before, I had hella dumbass questions to lob at her, but that did not faze her at all. Not only is Cierra hypercompetent at her job and super solutions-oriented and knowledgeable, she is a plain joy to talk to and bounce ideas off of and joke around with. Just an all-round cool human that added to the overall atmosphere of love and appreciation we wanted to foster at our wedding (while also running an impeccably tight ship without breaking a sweat). ANYWAY needless to say we are major Cierra fans here and want you all to know that she is a dream collaborator for your big day, may you be so lucky!

We called to check their availability, and they directed us to fill out the contact form on their website. We submitted it, and they got back to us the next day to review the details. After that, they sent a proposal by email, which was simple to update, and once we approved everything, we made the payment. On the day of the event, the only hiccup was timing. We told them that setup was scheduled for 3:30pm and the party would start at 5pm. When we didn't see them for a while, we tried calling but didn't get a response. They didn't arrive until around 4:40-4:45pm, which was much later than we expected. They mentioned they thought 3:30pm was just the earliest they could arrive, but we actually needed them there at 3:30pm. Thankfully, once they arrived, the setup was quick, efficient, and they finished in no time. The balloon arrangements themselves were absolutely stunning. We received so many compliments, and they completely transformed the space. They understood the aesthetic we were going for and executed it perfectly. Despite the timing miscommunication, I would still use them again because their customer service was great throughout the planning process, everything was easy to coordinate, and their work was beautiful. With clearer communication on arrival times next time, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

The vibes felt right, and we loved that she would help us bring our vision to life by including design. We picked the partial planning & design package but honestly, after working with her, we wished we had just done full service planning. In our first meeting we gave her an idea of what we had envisioned for the day, including a shared pinterest board. From there she made a design deck that really brought our day to life. Alex provided the best vendor recommendations (including for some with whom she had relationships and discounts), thoughtful design ideas, and guidance on the overall flow of the day. She joined us for our food tasting, met with us in person to pick out our rentals, and she coordinated a site visit with the vendors in preparation for the wedding. We didn't think we needed a content creator, but she even provided us with one and it was a great addition to capturing the memories of the day! Throughout the planning process, Alex was easy to reach, responsive, collaborative, open to feedback, and genuinely easy to work with. On the day of the wedding, Alex brought everything together seamlessly. She handled every detail behind the scenes, even things that didn't go as planned were handled quickly and professionally. This really allowed us to be fully present and actually enjoy the day. When I walked down the aisle for the first time, I was blown away!! It was BEYOND, BEYOND what we had even hoped for. We are soo blessed and grateful that we got to work with Alex. In the words of my husband - Earth & Events really cooked!! 10/10 recommend, expectations fully exceeded! Thank you Alex!!

The setting was stunning. Bash Please somehow captured everything I love and turned it into an effortlessly beautiful, inviting, and joy-filled atmosphere. Every detail -- from the long communal tables to the coastal-inspired décor -- felt personal and thoughtful, like it was made just for me. Because it was. And the food? A crab feed feast that dreams are made of. Piles of fresh, buttery crab, warm sourdough, crisp salads, and all the fixings. The kind of meal that gets messy in the best way -- everyone cracking shells, passing platters, laughing, and making memories. It was communal, it was delicious, and it was so me. Champagne flowed, the conversations never stopped, and I felt completely surrounded by love. I genuinely can't think of a better way to ring in a new decade. The staff seemed very flustered on what to do and how to accommodate everyone. My boyfriend and I were offered to sit outside, which we took because we were not willing to wait any longer! I will say the manger sorting this out for us was extremely sweet and I did appreciate her. We were seated in the balcony which faces the big screen on chase center and had additional smaller TV's upstairs. I will say we were seated on the very end where there is no TV, which was kinda a bummer. The outdoor area was not finished yet, but I was surprised this seat was offered as seating. It was apparent that this section wasn't complete yet and I felt like I wasn't getting the full experience sitting in an incomplete part of the restaurant. As for the food, my boyfriend and I wanted to try a little bit of everything because foodies...DUH! The waiter bringing out food said "Wait... Is there more people jointing you? This is a lot of food." And he was being completely serious. Not that I should have to explain anything to him, when I am a customer giving good business. I have never had a waiter say this to me. This comment was completely unnecessary and yes it did really kill the excitement that I had to be here and try out this new restaurant. Overall, probably won't be back. There's a lot of hype around this place but it will most likely be busy for the next few months but hopefully they are able to figure out how to accommodate guests during games and hire staff with manners. The concept of this place is super cool and I will say the vibe is very fun and made for all sports fans. As for the food, pretty mid and would rather go somewhere else that deserves my business. Makes sense, but some of these events seem like they are scheduled for a MUCH later time. Wish we could use the space in the mean time.
