We ordered a draft latte and it was terrible. I did tell the employees but they shrugged. Terrible service. My daughter and I have had them before, but today it tastes like all "draft" and not really like coffee. Im assuming something was wrong with the draft. Very difficult to find parking but that's just that area of Knox in general. The store itself is really cute, it's a cute little market when you walk in and then you can order coffee and food items. I ordered the iced Cinnamon Honey Latte, it was $7, and it was pretty good. I walked around the store, it's nice and clean. I didn't purchase anything else though. Seems like a cute place for a quick brunch with friends or working remotely. Overall cute! I know Dallas is happy that to have it back ! read more

Foxtrot is a coffee shop/grab and go market that has now returned back to Dallas after abruptly closing in recent years. Overall, they have a great selection of coffee, pastries, and matcha that we have enjoyed over the years. Although steep in price, they have a fun selection of wines, snacks, and other items that you can pick up in the grab and go area. It is located in Knox Henderson making it a great place to stop while walking on the trail. I would recommend Foxtrot and plan to come back here. read more

So glad that Foxtrot reopened! I didn't realize it was going to be a different location, but that's alright! Be prepared to deal with difficult parking because it's on Knox street across the street from RH and Apple etc. I saw someone talking about the Toasted Coconut Matcha latte and I really wanted to give it a try. I'm not a matcha person FYI but I keep trying to test my limits lol. This was a 9.5/10! I love that they use coconut milk and I'm not sure what else they use besides the matcha but it's not too earthy. They have a cute market inside too that's very small with all kinds of snacks. Service was very fast and I came on a Saturday so that was nice to get my drink so quickly! I would definitely come back just for this drink :) read more

sooo glad to have this walkable friendly spot back!! baristas are always friendly and drinks are super customizable with syrup and cold foam options. the coffee is good for a chain, though we obviously miss the fruit loops matcha. the music isn't too obnoxious but the star of the show is the covered PATIO. great place to refresh near the katy trail or just grab a $2 water and work!! read more

Horrible Experience - Never Coming Back This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and dismissive. I told them it was my first time there -- not that they cared. After I paid, the woman at the counter literally walked away and ignored me. I called her three times and she never responded. I ordered two drinks and only received one. When I brought it up, they claimed they "didn't get a ticket" for the second -- even though I had double-checked at the register that I was charged for both. I had to repeat my second drink order twice to the barista who finally agreed to make it, and when I got it, the cup was half empty. When I asked for more milk (after paying $8 for a latte), I was met with more attitude. No apology. No accountability. Just completely rude the entire time. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never be back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic courtesy or competence. read more

We tried the Iced Vanilla latte and the Tiramisu latte they were both delicious and well priced. The ambiance was very nice, definitely a great place to stop before or after a Katy trail walk. The ladies were very nice, and we went on the weekend of Mardi Gras, they were giving out beads. read more

Last Sunday, while I went to the restrooms the dog from a person sitting next to me was sneezing a pastry that I had on the table...She was an adult, but here seems like common sense is a scarce commodity I wonder if it's a generalized mental decease...some adults think that they can treat public places like their own living room, doing whatever they want. I have dogs and I never crossed my mind to take them to a place where food is served or sold. Foxtrot managers and employees are obligated to enforce common sense. I'm so happy my friends took me to this cute spot! It's a healthier convenience store/coffee shop-reminds me of Erewhon. We ordered coffee early on a Sunday morning and there was fortunately no line. The employees were helpful and answered Anh questions we had. Service was decently fast and the matcha latte was REALLY REALLY GOOD!!! It was super smooth and high quality. We also ordered a cream cheese brownie and it was moist and delicious without being overly sweet. Overall, we loved this spot and will definitely be back. Love their outdoor patio too! read more

yesterday was my second visit after the reopening, and i wanted to give the matcha another chance. the first time i had it, it was still warm when i ordered it iced and it was bitter and earthy. unfortunately, yesterdays matcha wasn't much different. my boyfriend enjoyed his green smoothie, and we always enjoy looking around at their specialty retail, but i think i just need to give up on the matcha from foxtrot. i've never had an issue with the service, they're always happy to help. read more

I went here after walking the Katy Trail today, it's seems like it's a mini mart/coffee shop. They offer everything from sunscreen, to cereal to Gatorade. I ordered the Pesto pizza slice and the gingerbread latte and asked for iced. They were both SO GOOD. I'm not really a huge pesto person but it was recommended and I was shocked because the pizza was so fresh as if they made it right then and the tomatoes on it was the perfect touch, the cheese also melted right in your mouth. I wanted another slice thinking about it lol the Iced gingerbread latte was pretty good, I'd give it a 7/10 because it could've been slightly sweeter but wasn't bad at all. This is a great co working space or perfect for when you just need a quick pick me up after walking or shopping! read more

But, in response to my question about what gluten-free offerings Foxtrot has, one of the employees at the register informed me this morning that Foxtrot does not offer any gluten-free options. What didn't this place have! To be honest in passing I thought it was just a coffee shop but once you go in and check it out WOW is it so much more. They have everything! You of course can't do a big weekly grocery shop there but for all the last minute needs, premade quick bites, and other snacks, goodies, and booze it's a true one stop shop! If you like going someplace to feel like a complete idiot, good news! This place is for you. I walk in survey the place and menu. Stand at counter and it took 5 min for someone to acknowledge me. Finally they cashed if they could take my order and I decided to keep it simple. I ordered the slice of cheese and a draft for $10. They proceeded to take another 10 min to figure out how to ring it up. Then said they cannot honor it because it's only if You're a member. I said find me I will download app and become a member and order online. After searching through online menu the special does not exist. They kept looking at me like I had a third eye. The cashiers don't know how to use the barcode scanner. They tilt it directly at the customers eyes while pressing scan. I'd rather not get blinded by a red laser, so I'll prob just go to Starbucks read more
