Nice clean atmosphere. However, I gor a full set and wanted a French Manicure. The man insisted I get French Tips. Some of were put on uneven. I wanted almond shape and some came out pointy and others too rounded. He did a very poor job with the application of acrylic. It was on all my cuticles and fingers. The he didn't drillthe acrylic so they are lumpy and thick. Worst set of nails I've had yet!! read more

Vinny took his time, listened to my concerns as I have flat mail beds. I went this time for a fill from a previous salon but he told me once I'm due for a new set he can use tips that are shaped differently and use the acrylic to give the look of a regular nail bed! I've always been self conscious of getting my nails done bc of the way they look when longer. I'm so excited to see how they will turn out! read more

I'm really unhappy about feeling the need to write this kind of review at this time. We've been to this salon many times over the years and it's always been good so I'll allow that this may have been an off day. I needed a mani/pedi, which is what I booked my appointment for. The pedi went ok. I'd provided a picture of what I wanted and it was mostly similar. The mani is where things went off the rails. I went in with my natural nails with gel polish on and I pointed out that I had three nails with cracks in them and requested a very thin acrylic overlay on those three. I also requested a slight shortening of my nails and the end result to be oval. I was told I needed to get the acrylic overlay on all my nails. I was hesitant but gave my consent as long as the overlay was very, very thin. Well, I left with very short square round-ish nails, thick acrylic overlay, several little scrapes and cuts, and my natural nails destroyed. The original gel was filed off, no acetone used, and my natural nails ground to an extremely thin state, the drill burned me on every nail but I was told that was necessary for the acrylic to stick. This has not been experience in any other salon. The mani is booked was never completed, no cuticle work, no soak in water, and a token snipping of a few cuticles at the very end. No lotion, no cuticle oil. The tech used the drill on the underside of my nails, which eradicated my natural nails entirely, so the only material above my fingertip is acrylic. I will have to grow my nails out completely for this to be fixed. When I voiced concern at the untidiness of the polish and acrylic (acrylic under my nails, on my fingertips, polish on cuticles, fingertips still a little dirty from when I arrived) I was met with lack of outright denial and after many attempts to point out the issues, I decided to leave. It's now the day after and my fingertips are very sore and I really don't think the end result looks professional at all. That, coupled with the fact that this appointment was well over $100, I do not think I got good value for my money. I paid what I was charged, including a tip, but I will never be back and will never recommend this place to anyone again. I hate to sound like a total Karen but I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone and felt I needed to write something about it. read more

Been here about 5 times. I tried giving them a chance, but honestly im over it at this point. First time i went in the older man gave me a set of nails extremely thick. 2nd time the younger girl cut my cuticles up so badly i bled. 3rd time the older woman messed up my gel polish so badly i had to go in the next day to fix them. (Puts too much gel polish on it bubbles and comes off) 4th time i signed in and several people who came in after me were helped before me. This time my nails are "okay" but im done paying almost $50.00 For a fill, gel polish to get okay nails. read more

Not impressed. Lady refused to cut down my nails. Polish change on toes was $12. I was in a pinch and didn't have time to check out other nail places in the area. Only positive was the wide selection of nail colors. They don't offer waxing- another customer suggested Famous Hair for waxing. read more

The workers are friendly but you do have to be very direct with what you want. I got my nails done twice by them the first was very nice but the shape wasn't the best. The second time I got them done I asked for a coffin shape but it was very skinny, I also asked for a marble accent nail but it just turned out to be 2 black lines on the nail. Overall it's nice inside and they are friendly but the quality isn't the best. read more

I have been going to Foxy Nails for a couple of years now. Their gel manicures last FOREVER. Great service, friendly atmosphere. Yes, they are busy most of the time, but they know me by now and know that I can only get in on my lunch hour, so they told me I can make an appt M-W. This was probably the worst nail salon I have been to in my entire life. I went here to get my nails done for homecoming. I asked for something super simple which was just normal decent length acrylic nails. First of all we set it up to my desired length, everything was going fine but then we got to the filing. He began to file them so that they all looked good and he couldn't get it right. He filed the acrylic nails down all the way to the point that the end of my nails we less than a centimeter away from the tip of the skin on my finer when they had been way longer. And he wasn't gentle about it at all! He made me bleed several times from rubbing so close to my skin with the file. Then he began painting and he didn't do the design I wanted at all. I asked for a simple navy blue nail with sparkles starting heavy at the top of the nail and getting lighter near the bottom! I did not get that. I got the navy blue nail part... But the tip was solid silver. Not even silver sparkles just solid silver. So in the end I had very thick blocky ugly nails for homecoming and I was extremely disappointed. I never went back. If I could give them 0 stars I would because this was the worst nail salon ever. The people weren't friendly, they were rough on your nails, they didn't do anything I asked and it was a complete waste of money. Never going back. If you go there God have mercy on your nails. read more

Never had my nails done before, however I thought I would be able to at least breath in the place. Nop, it was horrible my eyes stung my throat hurt, I felt like I needed a mask. They couldn't do anything besides the limited designs they have, and now after 3 days there is a giant gap between the fakes and my nail bed. read more
