I am more than disappointed with the integrity of this establishment. The male owner has been dishonest more than once where I am concerned. Recently I called to inquire about the price and make an appointment for a pedicure with gel polish. I was told $43.00 over the phone and made the appointment. Once the lady was working on my feet, she said my service would be $47.00 plus tax. I asked her to ask the owner what price he quoted me over the phone only hours earlier. They discussed it in their native language and he denied that he told me that price. I was told at this point that that was an old price. Because I had spoken with him earlier to verify the price I was naturally frustrated that HE would lie and say he hadn't given me that price information over the phone. The total bill came to $50.00. Again, this type of deception is what I've experienced before and now I know it's a business I will never patronize again and will be sharing my experience with my friends, family, and acquaintances. I just left Natural Nails being the only client waiting. I waited 40 minutes for employees to finish their breaks and texting. I have never been anywhere where they were so rude to allow a client to wait like this. I hope they realize that they aren't the only salon in town. read more

My daughter made an appointment for my other daughter (sisters) on prom day for 10:30. They were there for the appointment on time. They were told to come back in 45 mins to an hour. She told them to go buy stuff for her prom and come back. Really, Prom stuff bought weeks ago! Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments should take presence over them. The place was very clean, the atmosphere was friendly and I love the work they did. I only give it 4 stars because the people weren't as friendly, the man I had was still professional. I've been coming too natural nails for a long time. Normally I only go to one nail tech there, and here is why. I chose a sweet romantic color (light pink regular polish) I got my pedicure first and the color was pretty I was having such a great time. Well it was time for my fill and we got too the painting stage, the name and number on this bottle were the same but the colors were completely different and I told the nail tech this and he continued to finish my nails in this color which was a tan color. I told him " I know it would be too much too redo my nails in the light pink can you just fix my toes to match my nails since that would be easier" the main lady that works there tried to tell me this wasn't their fault and they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the color in regular polish for my toes. So I sat there confused, on what we were going to do since I paid for matching sets every time I go in. To shorten this story I ending up having to argue with the guy that did my nails and the lady that owned the shop AND ANOTHER customer! They are so disrespectful and unprofessional here! Needs to say my bill was 58$ and I ending up paying 73. This place used to be awesome but every since the best 2 nail techs left it's been horrible. read more

i come here all of the time to get my nails done because of how great they do and how friendly they are. they are very clean and do a fantastic job. the only con is that they overcharge...i came to get a fill (17) and a design on two fingers(7) and ended up spending 30+ (should have been 24 plus tax). i will continue to come but i dont appreciate the price fluxuation. this is the first time it happened so i hope it was just a one time thing read more

I came here with my sisters. There was a long wait time for a pedicure but that can be expected. However, the experience was horrible. The fumes and smell was incredibly strong like the ventilation wasn't working. Everything was covered in white dust and was literally just dirty. The sink was so gross. When I finally got into the chair and the girl started she took a file out of the trash can and used it on my toe nails. I stopped her and asked her did she seriously just take it out of the trash. The lady next to me saw it and called her out on it as well. She tried to say she didn't understand English although she literally just got done telling me she had to make her son lunch after she just got up and left. I then told the girl doing nails next to me to ask her where she got the file. They started talking loudly to each other but I was done. She pulled the cheese grater out but the was no way they were touching my feet again. I left right away but since my sister was a few chairs down they didn't know we were together. As soon as I left the same lady doing my feet sent her son to the dollar general a few doors down for bleach. Only problem is they put them under the sink and didn't clean anything. They also tried to charge my sister double for her pedicure. read more

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this is the worst salon I have ever been to. I normally go elsewhere but since I just wanted my pink and white taken off I figured I would to this salon because it's relatively close to where I reside. I walk in and the place was pretty crowed but that's to be expected on a Saturday as well as the day before Easter. So I sign in and wait. As I look around the waiting area I notice the place is not kept well. The polishes that are in the display area of the counter are unorganized and look old, the clock has a thick layer of white dust coating it and there are numerous huge dust bunnies in the enclosure surrounding their neon sign in the window, huge. As I continue to wait I notice that they are turning people over pretty quick so it won't take too much longer until it's my turn. When my name is called I am directed to the airbrush table. When I sit down the entire table is in disarray, just supplies and stuff everywhere, no organization. There is barely enough room for me to put my hands in front of me. So the gal pulls out a small warmer and a bowl for me to soak, doesn't greet me. I don't even want to think about where she got the acetone from or how many times it was used prior to me, I was too distracted by all the other grossness around me. There is polish painted all over the table. As I look at my surrounds I notice the place is absolutely filthy. Disgustingly filthy. I actually wondered to myself how they pass their inspection with the place being kept in this condition. It was appalling. There is just dust coated on everything. I understand that nail salons get dusty given the nature of what they are doing but this is a whole different level. And there is also two different types of dust. Dust from not cleaning and dust from the products. The chairs were torn and in desperate need of replacement. The shelves that hold the polish as well as the pictures hanging had no aesthetic appeal or reason as to why they were where they were. So I sit, and sit, and sit and sit. I waited far longer than I should've. I debated getting up and walking out. I was then moved to a station and the tech started filing away at the speed of light. Aggressively, so fast and rough but yet doing and accomplishing nothing. I could sense a look of disgust on my face. My nails didn't look like they were touched and I ended up refilling and shaping at home. My whole visit was over two hours. Never again. I would've rated zero stars if that was an option. read more

4 visit in two years and done! 1st visit not bad...2nd one cut my skin on my ankle bled a lot and didnt take any money off , also was a half hr long unlike the first visit receiving an hr pedicure, also snipped my toes n gave me infection that hurt n lasted a week! 3rd visit price went up n they said weve always been that amount! And again half hr pedi n too much skin off ankles . 4th visit they said heres a menu after I asked for my normal $25 pedi and used to get more everything for the money , now its $40 to get the same stuff so I got the $29 one in which they took away the two best products that sluffed my dead skin off and I asked why I didn't receive them and she said "you pick $29 one." I said I know because I thought it came with ALL the "normal " stuff PLUS the extra product your charging me for! She said "no you get next time! " Really? So you're not going to make it right? I showed her my heels and explained that the normal product helps take that away and its not done...she didn't care to fix it but still charged me the $29 ! The other lady yelled as I was walking by " see you again" ..I think not, no tip from me AND no more service! Done! read more
