I was at that point & was concerned the pedicure might hurt more than normal. Not a chance! She was very thorough & yet no pains. And when I mean thorough, I mean it. She went back 3 times just to make sure my nail was handled properly (& I hadn't even yet mentioned the issue. I typically wait to see what they'll do before saying anything. This time I didn't have to ask for more work on it. It was perfect!!! I've been waiting to find my new nail place after relocating from another state. I came in for pedicure and wanted ombré, however Kief directed me to another service that was acceptable. The staff didn't do much talking amongst each other and were instead engaged with their clients. That made for a welcoming and pleasant vibe in the shop. It's nice sized and there were many staff to attend to clients. There is plenty of parking in the lot out front. I loved the massage and care that were given to my paws by Kief.

I made an appointment but unfortunately was delayed so I tried to reschedule online. I discovered that you can't make any changes to your reservation within 2 hours of the service so I just walked in about 15 minutes past my appointment time and let them know what happened. They were very accommodating and set me up with a nail tech immediately. Sophia did an excellent job on my nails. I showed her a pic of my inspiration and she did her interpretation that came out even better than the original picture. Sophia was very friendly and we chatted throughout my service. The salon is very nice with plenty of table and pedicure bowls for services. They also have a coffee bar and offer a variety of beverages including wine, cocktails and refreshers. I did not partake in any of the beverages and it seemed like a cross contamination risk to have drinks available in a place where nail services are being performed. Others may enjoy this, it's just not for me. The price was a bit more than I normally pay for my nails, but considering the excellent customer service and the ability to execute nails designs, I would come here again when I'm wanting to splurge or for a special occasion.

When I was visiting my daughter in Lexington, I had a window. I called and was lucky they could take me; I think this place is usually pretty busy and may be hard to get walk-in. There were three different people who did parts: 1) woman who did the dremel to remove the gel; she was very careful, 2) man who did the pedicure except for the polish, 3) younger woman who did the polish. I assume they have different strengths. The man did such a great job making my feet and legs feel amazing.
