The staff didn't do much talking amongst each other and were instead engaged with their clients. That made for a welcoming and pleasant vibe in the shop. I discovered that you can't make any changes to your reservation within 2 hours of the service so I just walked in about 15 minutes past my appointment time and let them know what happened. They were very accommodating and set me up with a nail tech immediately. Sophia did an excellent job on my nails. I showed her a pic of my inspiration and she did her interpretation that came out even better than the original picture. Sophia was very friendly and we chatted throughout my service. The salon is very nice with plenty of table and pedicure bowls for services. They also have a coffee bar and offer a variety of beverages including wine, cocktails and refreshers. I did not partake in any of the beverages and it seemed like a cross contamination risk to have drinks available in a place where nail services are being performed. Others may enjoy this, it's just not for me. The price was a bit more than I normally pay for my nails, but considering the excellent customer service and the ability to execute nails designs, I would come here again when I'm wanting to splurge or for a special occasion.
