I love the color. I'm used to a very efficient place back home (gasp! I cheated on my manicurist!!) Gave three stars because I am used to utensils being pulled out of an autoclave, not a drawer. After she used the utensils, it was placed in soapy water. Eh. It's clean, but not an autoclave to sterilize like I am used to. The prices were fantastic. The place was in a bit of disarray given the time of day (30 min after opening). The employee had to wipe down the work area with a Clorox wipe before I could sit. Brushes were shoved into the paper towels, etc. The lady who did my nails said they had been open for about 2 years. Kind of odd they weren't already on yelp.

The very next day, my thumb nail begins to lift, and the tips of my nails are chipping. On the plus side, they're cheap compared to previous salons I've been to. We were on time for our appointment, and were seated in a very few minutes. Our pedicures were done well, taking about 45 - 55 minutes all told, including polish, but not gel-coat. The technicians were friendly, courteous, and solicitous. Their English wasn't great, but a LOT better than my Vietnamese. All of the staff with whom we spoke were friendly and polite. Satyrday mid-afternoon, busy, though not slammed by any means. About 8 women and 4 men working, doing manis and/or pedis, plus at least one other lady who might have been doing waxing?
