Communication is very poor: - They once permanently switched my day from Thursday to Wednesday. The way the request was put, it sounded like I was agreeing to a one-time switch. It was fine, but not as expected. - They are unable to give a time window (requested a 4 hour window) of when they will provide service. They kind of just show up whenever. Expect to leave your gate, etc. unsecured for a full day. - I asked if they would be willing to consider trimming a bush that had become overgrown. They said "yes", and that I'd receive a quote that day. It's been 3 weeks, and I'm still waiting for the quote. No follow-up from them. I followed up, no response. I ended up doing it myself. It would have been a better experience if they'd have said "no, we don't trim bushes" instead of leaving me hanging. That's been my experience. Ed seems like an overall great business owner, and they do show up every week for basic lawn service. My only ask would be better expectation management. He and his crew showed up the next day and completed the work as promised. Unfortunately my dreams are bigger than my budget so the rest of the recommendations will have to wait until next month. The lawn has a lot of weeds and bare spots. I requested regular mowing, trimming, patching, fertilizing / weed killing, blow away dead leaves, trim bushes when needed, etc. Felipe showed up on time. We did a walk-through. He asked a lot of questions and explained what he could do. He and his assistant came a few days later, on time. They trimmed the bushes, trimmed the lawn edges, collected dead leaves, and mowed. The difference is dramatic. My first thought was, "it looks like a golf course." I am delighted with the results. They were very careful and respectful of my property. I have signed up for weekly service. I highly recommend 4 Seasons Gardening.

The job was sloppy, and less than adequate. one month later the pipe snapped with little to no resistance, and they refused to fix it without an additional $200 and insinuated it was my fault. The original price was $250, which I thought was an unfair estimate for the quality of work. Upon inspection they used far too much glue which made it brittle and easily broken. But the worst part is after I told them I didn't feel it appropriate I pay again they stopped answering my calls and the owner never called me back like I was told. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
