Totally unprofessional and will never go back. Update Called and spoke to the owner Denise Taylor and she was on the same level as her unprofessional employee and refused to see any error in the issue and didn't want to even try to save a future customer. This totally boggles me as if someone reaches out to the owner why they would not try to fix the problem. Her comments where you would have only saved $5 or $6 so what's the issue. For $6 they just lost a customer which also led me to taking the time to write this review to warn future customers of this headache.

So after trying on a few different ones at other stores, I decided that Under Armour had the best shorts. When I discovered that Under Armour had a store at the Tanger Outlets in Texas City, I decided to venture out there to see if I could stock up on some shorts. I'm very happy that I made the trip to the outlets. When I first walked in, the guy that worked there helped me find the shorts that I needed. Most of the apparel seems to be about 20% lower than retail pricing. That adds up when I'm trying to stock up on workout clothes. With one of the sales going on, I got an even bigger discount on a couple pairs of really nice running capris. I just wish they had more in my size. They didn't have many in XS. The clearance section has even more discounts. I was able to find 4 compression shorts in my size on the clearance rack and a cute tank top. When I went, they had 3 different clearance racks for women, one for long sleeve tops, one for short sleeve and sleeveless tops, and one for bottoms. They had some clearance racks for men, also, but I can't remember how many. Their fitting rooms are great! They're big with a long bench on the side and several hooks on the wall and big mirrors. You can check to see what coupons and sales they have going on at the Tanger Outlets website. Just go to the coupons section of the website and it's easy to find. I think they also have a coupon in the Tanger Outlets coupon book. I ended up not getting the book for $5 though, but I'm pretty sure Under Armour is in the book. My favorite part about shopping here was the bag they gave me for putting my new purchases in. The bag looks and functions like one of their drawstring sackpacks. This was very helpful because this was the first store I visited at the outlets. After shopping here, I could just wear the bag as a backpack instead of having to drop it off at my car or having to carry it in my hand to all of the other stores I visited. The bag also looks nice enough to use again. To the ladies: If you haven't tried the Under Armour pure stretch underwear, you need to try it! I picked up a couple of pairs of the cheeky underwear because they were on sale, and I love them! I went back to this store the next week just to buy more underwear. The package does not lie when it says you'll never wear regular underwear again. The package also says no VPL, and there are none! I wear them under compression shorts and compression capris and stare at my butt in the mirror, and I am amazed by how smooth it looks! I got a bunch of cheeky ones for working out, but I might need to get some of the thongs for going out. LOL This store is awesome! It's really big and is full of stuff. They have lots of different tops and bottoms for men and women. They had shoes in the back next to the fitting rooms. They also have clothes and accessories for girls and boys. They also have underwear and socks and other accessories. The employees are all very nice. I can't wait to go again!

The…read morebrunette lady working there was being really pushy trying to aggressively sell another family when they were trying on shoes and even when the older lady told her she didn't like the shoes she wouldn't let it go and kept trying to sell her on them. It came off very unprofessional. Then she kept walking past us asking us questions and it came off like she thought we were shoplifting. My niece tried on a swimsuit but didn't want it so my sister put it back on a shelf and we left. The energy in the store felt heavy because of how the brunette was acting so we didn't even keep looking and decided to leave. An hour later we are walking out of another store and here comes this brunette lady running across the store yelling at us making a big scene in front of all of these people asking where we put the swimsuit and so my sister had to follow her across the street back into the store to show her where she put the swimsuit. I can't believe that girl thought it was okay to approach the situation like that. Especially in front of so many people. She should be fired immediately.

During a port day in Galveston we walked to Galveston Island Running. I'm not a runner but they were very understanding and took time to talk with me I typically were wear a size 14 but they did not have any in stock. The owners were great and helped me find a pair of size 13 Saucony that fit incredibly well. Back on the ship my IT band and related knee pain resolved within 75% within a day.

After a dismal experience at the Houston Galleria Nordstrom, I decided not to buy the shoes there…read morebut noticed that Dick's carried them. Go figure, all of the 'local' stores (some of them 20+miles out) showed one pair so I knew to call to make sure they had them before driving out. Of course, the closest one didn't have them, but the next one out in Friendswood (Baybrook) did. I didn't mind being on hold to confirm this, so I was on my way. The drive out wasn't so bad, and the parking lot was huge since it was in a decent sized shopping center. I did have to wait in the checkout line (which had only 2 people working) so it was about 10 minutes, but more associates were brought on after this. I wish they were on hold in the actual shoe section since I wanted to make sure the fit was perfect and when I brought this up, the guy said I could bring them back if they didn't work out. I took them back to the shoe area after purchasing to try, and they worked. Service was great over the phone with the girl who confirmed the stock, and the guy at the register was cool as well. It was worth the drive out here!

Christian went above and beyond to find the shoe in our size after getting special permission from Justin the manager to sell it since it was not even on the floor yet due to an upcoming Hyrox event they were having at their store. That type of customer service will make us a Dicks Sporting goods customer for life. Their marketing person even came over to tell us about upcoming events leading up to the Hyrox event in Houston and welcome us back. Even though it was over an hour drive, we absolutely will return to this location and will tell all our friends that live closer to this area about how amazing we were treated .
