WOW! The frame Alisa recommended for a limited edition signed print that is very special to our family far exceeded my expectations. She has great taste and style and is easy to communicate with to achieve the best results. We couldn't be more delighted with how our print looks! We purchased the top of the line materials including the non-glare museum quality glass but I never felt she was trying to "up-sell" - it was simply the best and obvious choice for the piece. I actually went in and told her I was simply looking for a competitive estimate to what a frame store I had used in the past gave me. I was upfront that he told me he was giving a 50% discount. But my instincts told me it was high. Alisa's quote was only $40 more - but with better materials - a wider matte, a wider frame - and both made all the difference. As soon as she told me her price - I said, "let's do it." I prefer to deal with honest people who care about what they are doing. And I say the word "care" because I explained a complicated back story to her about said piece. Then asked when it would be ready. She said about two to three weeks. I grimaced and said - "my mother-in-law is coming to town. I don't want to explain the saga to her." Then I said - it's okay - don't worry about it, etc. Imagine how delighted I was to hear her voice on the phone today telling me, "Your print is ready!" My mother-in-law is still three glorious days away from coming, and now we have gone full circle. WOW! read more

I came in to get some new glass in a frame after the previous glass panel broke in a move. The owner said no problem, measured the frame, popped in the back, and in two minutes I had my new glass. When I asked what I owed her she said "No charge, just come back in when you need something custom framed." Talk about service.
