I'm at a loss! Spent several days trying to get letters on mugs for left handed people and right…read morehanded people. I received proof that showed all the letters going in the same direction. Sent several messages to make sure initials were on the outside of the mugs. When I picked them up sure enough, the letters were on the inside of the mugs! Looks horrible! I paid $80.00 for the wrong side. There only solution was to put initials on both sides of the mugs. Didn't say, to get new mugs and would redo, no it was our fault. And after multiple years of struggling with various whites by Sherwin Williams, I really learned that Benjamin Moore has some of the purest whites in the game. So when it came time to repair the house, I knew I wanted to use Benjamin Moore. I selected a number of paint colors ahead of my store visit that I was either familiar with or discovered online but Brian was such a help in identifying the swatch cards for me and talking me through how the paints might appear on the wall. For instance, I frequently use Chantilly lace, but he let me know it might come across as quite sterile if used throughout a room so it's better to use on the trim only. Just that level of information was so helpful in assessing and discussing the various colors we were considering! I'm really excited with the paint selections we made and to see how they translate onto the walls. I felt really informed, listened to and advised by Brian. He spoke with me and my husband about the sheens which I thought I knew a bit about, but I ended up feeling quite ignorant after learning more so again he added value. He also discussed with me the various levels of paint quality offered by Benjamin Moore, which was super informative, and I didn't realize there was that number of options available! I think we're going with the scuffex by Ben as it's more durable and less prone to dings and blemishes. All in all, this was a great experience. They do offer more than just Benjamin Moore paint colors as well. I noticed they carried farrow and ball as well as some others.

We were relocating to a new house in a new climate which had a completely different aesthetic. Much of our existing furniture did not translate so I put together a mood board and selected a few pieces and let Kir & Joji do their magic. After arriving, we quickly realized there were some additional pieces we required so I sent photos, dimensions and diagrams to help convey the space and need requirements. They have been so helpful! They made what could've been a struggle, a fun enjoyable experience and saved me a wild amount of time needing to research options. I am super happy we elected to do the in store consult. It also entitles you to a discount which helps considerably too when furnishing a home. We also did a similar consult with another large brand furniture vendor and did not receive the same quality of service or attention. So we do have something to compare our experience too. And in closing, CB2 is also connected with Crate and Barrel so when we identified products there we liked as well, it was able to be compiled into our same order. Very cool and convenient. It's a small space, but it was important to us to make it work better for our family by adding a larger tub, moving the toilet to accommodate it, and updating all the materials ...vanity, flooring, tile, mirror, etc and while keeping everything cohesive with our design style. We had high expectations going in because family members had worked with Pini and his team on both a kitchen and a bathroom project and raved about their experience. From the start, Pini was straightforward, transparent, and his pricing was exactly what we were hoping for! Especially after getting quotes from other companies that were outrageously more than double. The entire project took around four weeks (a bit longer than expected, but understandable with an older home and a very detail-oriented wife)! Through it all, Pini and his crew were extremely responsive, addressing any issues right away, even on weekends. Pini personally stopped by every day to check progress and offered valuable guidance from his years of experience. He even went shopping with us for materials, which made the process so much smoother. We can't say enough great things about his crew either! They work fast, do high-quality work, and are respectful of your home and space. This was our first major renovation, and we didn't know exactly what to expect, but the experience has made us excited to take on more projects in the future.
