During my visit, I was searching for specific sketch pencils and met an elderly woman (around 80 years old) who was struggling to find certain paint brushes. She had already been looking for quite some time, and I spent about 30 minutes helping her before we decided to call the store for assistance. Heather answered the call and came to the back of the store within minutes. She spent significant time helping us locate the exact paint brushes needed (sizes #2 and #8), searching inventory, scanning items, and even helping us find additional ones that were on sale so the customer could purchase the quantity she needed. She then continued helping me search for my items as well. What impressed me most was that while assisting us, Heather was also helping multiple other customers, answering questions, and supporting her team through her headset--all while remaining calm, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I have rarely seen someone provide this level of attentive, multitasking customer service with such a positive attitude.
