However on Monday Jan 01, one of the earrings fell out while I was in the shower. I returned on January 04 to let them know and to re-pierce the ear. When I asked about it, they advised me that they would be more than happy to re- pierce, but at a cost of & $45.00. Needless to say I was not going to pay to re-pierce, and attempted to reason with them. They attempted to blame me at that point. "You must not have turned it on your ear" etc. I would not return there. They are only interested in the dollar, and have no interest in customer satisfaction. This business is receiving one star because I cannot give less. Never again .*
