Funny story, so men close your eyes…read more. Today I was out shopping and I had a lemony snicket moment with my bra wire. Not so funny, as it was jabbing me in the side.. (ouch!) I walked into Torrid, straight to the girl(s) section and a lovely sales lady was there to save the day! She started a dressing room right away and had amazing customer service! I wish I could remember her name! Perfect fit.. score. So I walk out of the dressing room, straight to the counter and ask her to wear it out.. (I mean we wear shoes straight out of the store, right?) Once again, super sales lady saves the day, yes it is! Great store! Buy 3 bras get 40%, just sayin'. Torrid lover for life!

worst customer service. the store was empty when we walked in and 2 employees were just standing…read morethere gossiping and ignored us the whole time. we went to pay and the tall blonde employee rang up the clothes, and stood there and stared at me. didn't tell me what the total was, didn't as for our email or phone number for their rewards program, she just stared at me and waited for me to ask her how much everything was. gave her cash, and she counted out the change to her self and just handed it to me. not one word. no wonder why they don't have any business, their employees suck

I really like coming here. They have a lot of different outlet stores to choose from. Be aware…read morethough not all the stores are outlet stores. Some are just regular stores. I recently went here for some Christmas shopping and I appreciate the selection of purse stores and box lunch for cartoon/anime accessories. They do have a cafeteria area that has a couple shops to get food and drinks. I've never eaten there, but I did try the boba before. It was good, but you can't adjust the sweetness on the drinks. I love that they have some neat areas with large heaters that look like flames. We came here and warmed up a couple times while shopping. There are plenty of parking spots scattered around the outlet mall. I like to park behind Columbia store. I feel like no one ever parks there. There are good sales around the holidays, so go check them out.
