I went in for an exchange for a smaller size. My bf got me some Align leggings and I didn't know I'm supposed to size down compared to their other leggings. The employee was super helpful when I told them about my sizing issue. Thankfully they had a size down in the pretty purple color I needed. I tried them on and yay they fit. The store was clean for how busy it was. The line went pretty fast too. Their prices are very expensive, but they do feel really nice on when you wear their clothing.

A joke. They were unapologetic & told me to come back when they found it. While standing in there for 35 minutes, you can look around and see bugs, crawling out of the piles of trash, the clutter up to the ceiling, and overall lack of organization on all ends. Upon further inspection, one out of three dresses were damaged to the point of no return. This dress was an $1100 dress before alterations. I would never recommend this business to anyone, and if you do decide to go, make sure to inspect your consignment items before signing for them and if you're planning on buying, I would watch out for the clutter and the bugs.

Last week I purchased a dress here for more than I would normally spend, but I was desperate because I needed it for the next day. I decided to size up because I liked it a little more flowy, even though that caused me to have to majorly pin the top half to keep it from falling off! My issues began a few minutes after putting the dress on. My friend spotted a hole about an inch long in the back along the seam and I was so sad I didn't see it at the store, but figured I would just get it repaired when I got the huge top altered down. Continuing on with my morning an hour in it's completely ripped about a foot in the back. I sit down for the first time with my new slit in the back and the side splits open completely! The dress just disintegrated within hours of putting it on. I was so sad to see what a horrible quality this dress was, especially given how much I paid for it! So a terrible quality product, eh that sucks but the icing on the cake was how I was treated when I brought it back to the store for a refund. Normally a small local business would be so embarrassed that they carried such a faulty product and try to make it right for a customer and treat them with respect. But that's not how the management of silver accents handles things. They blamed me for the product being faulty, repeatedly told me how they would be out of money and they couldn't share the faulty nature of the piece with their market. Then they refused to give me a refund for the insane amount I was charged for the horrible quality dress. They wanted me to shop around and use store credit - like I'd be dumb enough to ever shop in this place again now that I know their quality and management. Overall I recommend shopping literally anywhere else. Don't waste your money or time on this place.

I decided to get a light blue tote bag and then got myself a black puffer looking tote to use for work. I lions them both and they are great quality. I also bought my mom and myself a cute wallet/ card holder. It's perfect size and fits in my bags and all my purses. In looking for a new clothing store to get me out of my comfort zone, I happened upon J. Jill at…read morePenn Square Mall. I'm really glad I did! I love a store that is brightly lit and well stocked, both of which this store is. The sales clerk greeted me quickly but did not hover. As my arms started to get full of clothing to try on she was prompt to unload them from me and put them in a dressing room so I could keep shopping. She made a few suggestions based on what she saw me looking at, and also asked some questions about fit, did I have a specific need, favorite colors, etc. She also pointed out the sales sections and told me exactly what discounts were being offered. I love that she checked on me while I was trying on the clothes, and then brought me a few more items to try. I never felt bothered/pestered, I felt like I was taken care of while given the freedom to wander and choose what I wanted. I loved the attention to detail that the sales clerk provided and also her very friendly attitude. As I was paying for my items the clerk mentioned J. Jill's online shop and suggested I check there for items that might interest me. All in all this was the perfect shopping experience for me. I'm a J.Jill shopper from here on!
