The jumbo Madagascan tiger prawn looked like it was been frozen for such a long period of time it was completely flat and stuck to the shell! I was so disappointed that we washed to simply pay for what we had consumed which was wine and appetizer. There was no apology for the long wait, no apology for not assisting with the spilled wine, and no apology for the cold food. Lastly, the food was so cold that the cheese on top of my husband's meal was not even melted. It was still shredded like it had been taken from the refrigerator. This was the first place I had suggested to celebrate my 60th - it was very unfortunate and I will not recommend or go again.
