The fettuccine Carrabba was creamily delicious. In addition, with Italian food, an order would last me for two days. Interestingly, the house salad was my least favorite. Just had a wonderful Italian dinner at Carrabba's in Tulsa. What a pleasant surprise that an Italian national chain can offer such delicious food served nice and hot and seasoned to perfection. Meal starts with good bread to dip in quality olive oil dressed with Italian seasoning for dipping. We got the Dinner & Dolce Dinner for 2 for $45.00. You are offered a selection of dishes for each course, from which to choose. An Italian salad for me and Sausage lentil soup for my husband were served first. -Both delicious and generous servings. For the main course we were able to pair lower calorie proteins with Ziti Pommodoro (red sauce) with Parmesan grated by our server. I had the Grilled Tuscan Chicken and my husband had the Chicken Marsala. A shared dessert was included in the Special, and we chose Tiramisu which was light and fluffy and very good. We could barely finish it. -Took home half of both of our pasta sides. Our server was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is upscale casual, friendly and relaxing. Note: This restaurant stays open for service until 11PM Friday and Saturday nights which in Tulsa is a rarity to find these days. Also, the Dinner for 2 we shared is only available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Based on tonight's dinner I can highly recommend this restaurant. We will return. read more

Pros: We hadn't eaten here in a couple years, but for some reason, I was craving the calamari and the mezzaluna. We got the trio with the steak marsala, the chicken, and the mezzaluna (chicken raviolis in a vodka sauce). I added the calamari appetizer (comes with two delicious sauce) and a side of fettuccine Alfredo made spicy. My husband said it was the best thing he had eaten all week and he wants to eat here every single week! I told my hairdresser we were gonna eat this for dinner and she said she hadn't been here in years, but she loved the bread. I didn't remember the bread but once I had it, I realized she was right it is pretty good. We got our food to go. The service was so good! We should have tipped the girl much more. Cons: none. The mash potatoes here have been some of my favorites for years. The steak was cooked perfectly. I never add anything to the steak but today I went with the spicy butter and it definitely compliments the steak. Came for a birthday and could not have received a better service. Our server was seriously one of the best I've ever had. Dessert was on the house for the birthday and it was their sogno de chocolate. Never disappoints. It was enough to share among two of us. Their shrimp scampi which has become one of our favorite appetizers is a must try. Highly recommend it. The restaurant has changed a lot over the years but it's still a clean, lowly light ambience. It's both modern and rustic. This is the first and only time I've been here where a manager doesn't come to check on the table. It was a strange situation, I also expected someone to say something to us on our way out as there were multiple employees near by. They usually do. The location was nice and clean, had friendly wait staff and the food came out promptly and as ordered. This review is hard for me because I am foodie and love food with flavor and originality. In the 90's Carrabbas use to be my favorite Italian restaurant with their fresh baked bread, pasta sauces, and manicotti that would light up my tastebuds. However, their modern menu has changed as well as their recipes. The bread tastes just like white bread now and the pastas lack real spice. Even the Shrimp and Scallop vodka pasta was lacking real flavor. To be honest, the food is much more olive garden now then it use to be. In the 90s I felt like grandma Russo was in the back using the family recipes and now it's become very bland. However, the location itself gave us a pleasant dining experience and my daughter loved her kids meal! read more

First of all, April, our server was INCREDIBLE. She was so sweet and always made sure we had what we needed. The food was also so good! Had Bday dinner last night with wife and daughter and her husband. We started w calamari and a special wine deal they were offering. We choose their Chardonnay ($14 off normal pricing). We started with Caesar salad or sausage and lentil soup all were very good. Our entrees were lobster ravioli , pasta in marinara and chicken Bryan. We were set quickly but we're rushed a bit by our server felt like over attentive questioning was to move us along not to be helpful. My chicken Bryan was dry and over cooked but wife's was good so were daughter and son n laws meals. I am not a big fan of Italian food. Pasta and tomato spaghetti sauce is boring. Pizza works occasionally. I do like chicken piccata. There is a dish that is even better at Carrabba's, Chicken Bryan. I got hooked on it when we lived in Houston. It has been a little over four years since our last visit to Carrabba's. The restaurant appears to have been remodeled since 2019. For a chain restaurant it is classy comfortable ambiance, with excellent food and service. Today, friendly Gabriela provided first class service. Chicken Bryan for me without hesitation. My wife had to ponder on the menu quite a while. She likes pasta. Her choice, the Chicken Marsala and a side of spaghetti. She got the minestrone soup and I had the salad with the house dressing. Chicken Bryan is a moist tender split chicken breast with a hint of wood smoke, lemon butter sauce, topped with a patty of savory, tangy rich goat cheese, tart dried tomatoes and the beautiful flavors of the fresh sweet basil. Every taste sensor in your mouth and olfactory will be entertained. The Chicken Marsala started with the same wood fired grilled chicken and topped with mushrooms and a Lombardo Marsala. My wife loved it along with the boring spaghetti. I will try not to let so much time pass, before my next visit. read more

A Tuesday night dinner found us at Carrabba's Italian Grill The staff was very friendly. The decor very upscale comfortable. A casual vibe made it feel homey in a well appointed atmosphere. The noise level was surprisingly loud for a Tuesday owing no doubt to the popularity of the place. The bread was a crusty dense loaf that stood up to the olive oil well. The food was good quality but sad to say mishandled and the meal went downhill from there. I ordered an Italian trio. My chicken Parm was pretty dried out. But then so was the fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken was overcooked and the fettuccine left out to dry and get gummy. My lasagna was not extraordinary with loose sauce and miserly bestowed ingredients. I came here on a little date with my boyfriend, and ordered the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp. It came out not so good. Undercooked and not much flavor. However, my waiter, Nicole, was wonderful to say the least. She seriously went above and beyond. She insisted on making sure i went home with a different meal and offered amazing service. This was my wife and my first time going to Carrabba's. The quality of the food was great, and we both enjoyed our entrees. I will say that this is not the cheapest place to go, but I feel it was worth it. Knowing it wasn't our first time, our waiter, Frederick, was helpful and wasn't pressuring us at all with buying particular things. The service was lovely, and if all their wait staff are similar I assume that service won't be an issue. Expectation wise, it a slightly upscale spot where the main meal will likely set you back between $25-30 but you will leave satisfied. They were also running a promotion where you can get an entree to go for $10 which we took advantage of. It was a lot better than the deal Olive Garden had since you actually do get a freshly made entree in full, and not just noodles with a scoop of sauce. Still, this place is not Olive Garden. Don't go here expecting Olive Garden level prices but also expect better than Olive Garden food. read more

When we arrived, we were told it would be a 30-40 minute wait for our party of two. We grabbed a couple of seats at the bar to wait. Like most places, it seemed understaffed. There were dirty plates and the last tab in front of us for a good 10 minutes. The bartender made it over and cleared the plates but left everything else. We asked for a specialty drinks menu. She said she would bring one back. She didn't get around to it but another waitress walked by and helped us out. The bartender came back and wiped the bar off. We got our drinks ordered. Another ten minutes and the bar area slowed and we finally had her full attention. She brought menus, fresh bread and waters. We decided at that point to forgo our table. Drinks were good. Hubs ordered the Italian old fashioned. I got the berry merry special martini. It came in a cute ornament that was poured into my glass. Had it or the glass be cold, it would've been a great drink. The only criticism I have is that the filling in the mezzaluna was really gooey, but it tasted really good. We had not been to Carrabba's in 15 or 16 years. Had really bad service so we never went back. Sept 5th, 2021 was our anniversary and we share that date with friends. We asked where they wanted to go on a double date to celebrate our anniversaries and the LOVE Carrabba's so we decided to give them another try at earning our business back. Our server John was incredible and the food as sooooooo good. I love the chicken Bryan now and just can't stop going back. Fast forward to 2022 and we ended up with Covid, all I wanted was chicken Bryan it was the only thing that sounded good. It was amazing! A family member picked it up and delivered to us. The service is always on point and the staff is so nice and fun. We go bank all the time. Dare I say this is my favorite restaurant at the moment?
