Five stars aren't enough for the incredible birthday lunch we just had! If you're looking for the ultimate way to celebrate, this is it. We kicked things off with the Confetti Sweet Pink wine, which was a refreshing, celebratory treat. For appetizers, the Toasted Ravioli was perfectly crispy, and of course, you can't beat the never-ending salad and breadsticks. They were fresh, warm, and as addictive as always! The entrees were a total 10/10. Create Your Own Pasta: I went with angel hair, meat sauce, and sausage. It was absolutely amazing. The flavors were spot on and the portions were massive. I'm honestly so excited that I have enough leftovers for dinner tonight and tomorrow! Chicken Parm: My husband, had this and said it was equally incredible. He's also set with leftovers for tonight. We finished with the Chocolate Lasagna, and let me tell you, it was to die for. It's a masterpiece of multiple chocolate layers with chocolate syrup drizzled over the top and cascading down the sides. It was a literal chocolate explosion of yumminess in every bite! We read some of the reviews and almost passed this by. But we decided to go for it, and it was fantastic! Breadsticks at the table almost before we settled into the booth. Jaye was our waitress, and she was exceptional! (I didn't know they had been open 17 years, which is how long she's been there.) the food was brought out just as we finished our salads, and boy was it hot! Best eggplant parm I've had, and the shrimp & chicken carbonara was excellent as well. Definitely worth a return trip, even though we live in Jenks. Jaye gave us a recommendation for our next trip, so we'll be back, and asking for Jaye. read more

Ordered a to-go Large Salad for multiple people that came with bread, croutons, salad dressing. In the restaurant the salad and bread is always fresh which is what was expected for $28+ but this wasn't the case. We received a bag of salad somewhat like you get at the grocery store but it was stale along with the hard old bread steaks obviously left over from the day before. I want to inform the Olive Garden manager that short changing the to-go order does not make me want to eat at this restaurant forever. I would have enjoyed flushing the money a lot more. read more

Absolutely the worst most disgusting Olive Garden food I've ever tried to eat. If I were the manager of this restaurant I'd be ashamed to let food of this quality leave my kitchen. Ordered curb side pickup on a whim. I ordered Parmesan Chicken. The spaghetti looked like it had been cooked two days earlier. The chicken looked like it had been cut out with a round cookie cutter to make it go farther. As for the Parmesan, I guess they ran out and must have been running short on sauce as well because there was exactly one tablespoon. I was completely shocked . 05/17/2026. Extremely poor service. Waited a long time for salad, did not bring salad dressing on the side. Bread sticks cold. Never asked about refilling drinks. I ordered Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini When the order arrived it was dry, no sauce on noddles or in bowl. I showed the waiter how dry it was and no sauce underneath. He did nothing, said nothing. I asked if he could bring me some sauce for the dish, it was supposed to have sauce. By the time I received the sauce my food was cold, the family had completed eating their meal. I took the sauce and poured it on my food and asked for a to go box. I did not get to eat with my family, who were all already finished eating and we had such poor service I just wanted to leave. No Manager No mints, waited a long time for to go box and no sack to carry it out with, Because I am handicapped and walk with a walker I needed a bag. Worse meal and poorest service I have ever received by any Olive Garden, and I live in Owasso. Ziosk had paper but no ink so no real receipt. Tried to leave review, on horrible service and food. It will be a very long time if e er, I will return to any Olive Garden. Paid $23/24 dollars for a meal not fit to eat, with horrible service for entire table. read more

I loved how fresh the ingredients tasted on this pizza. The crust was thin and crispy around the edges. The sauce had a light herbal flavor that complemented the cheese. Each bite was flavorful without being too heavy. The service was efficient and friendly. I'll gladly bring family here next time. read more

I haven't been to Olive Garden in years, for a reason. Once I had real Italian I haven't elected to return but mom requested on Mother's Day. My soup was good but the salad and breadsticks have changed and not good anymore. Even my 12yo daughter said her chicken Alfredo was tasteless. We had no alcoholic drinks so there's just no reason why we would have to leave. God forbid somebody has a good birthday at Olive Garden. Great food and service. However.... The urinal in the men's room was totally disgusting. That kind of thing can be prevented with rubber gloves and elbow grease. Management needs to pay attention and not let it get so gross. Nobody is going to die if they have to clean that thing out a few times a week. Please do not order for delivery - they use Uber Eats for delivery I not only never got my food but I could not get my money back. I called multiple times and they kept saying I had to call Uber but Uber will not talk or communicate with you if you didn't order through them. The Uber driver picked up my order then canceled it and never delivered it. So just beware of using the delivery. read more

We parked in one of the pick up spots. Checked it with the text. Then waited about 30 minutes. I finally called the number on the sign for to go orders. The lady I talked to was pretty short with me. I explained, we checked in on time and We've waited 30 minutes. I thought I'd get an explanation or at least a half hearted apology. Nope, she just said, ok we'll get it out and hung up. I love the food here, although there is a manager named "El" who is super unprofessional and rude. I tried to get a part time job as a server at the Owasso location and she shut me down without hardly interviewing me. Her demeanor was very negative and her energy was sour. I would hate to know how she treats her co-workers. I told the upper management that she was rude and not fit for the hiring process at the Owasso location. We love OG food. We always have -- this is the closest location to our house. We came here last year for our anniversary and Today is our 32 anniversary. I told the hostess to give us a great table because of our anniversary and she sat us in a noisy walkway facing two walls. She said well there is a plate you can look at. HAHa We had a darling sweet waitress who made our specialty tea too syrupy twice. i asked another waiter for a regular tea to mix my own. My shrimp scampi was delicious but they put asparagus ends in there and they were hard. The sweet waitress got us a celebratory cheesecake. it's always fun to be with my hubby but i think this store could improve just a little. read more

Since it seems I'm always (too) quick to write a critical review when a restaurant fails to deliver (in my opinion), it's only fair that when one gets it right, I should recognize that as well. I've had some pretty critical things to say about our local OG over the years, but yesterday The Kid wanted OG for lunch, and oak that I am, we went. I'm pleased to report that the experience was a huge 180 from previous visits. Service was on point in every aspect, and our food was pretty much spot on as well. Worst service ever. We called 30 minutes ahead and still waited an hour there. They seated 29 people ahead of us. We had a party of 11. They list any gratuity. Will never go to an Olive Garden again the re we're empty tables but no effort was made to get us seated. read more

The food was mediocre for sure. It took us 25 minutes at least to get our salad as we ordered our food when he took our drink order. We went at 11:05 when they opened. Now i got the salad, and soup. Salad is always great there; I love there dressing. The soup was cool this time, but i ate it, then ordered another one. This time i would have sworn it had ice cubes in it! The lady said it must have been the last of that pot. Oh well, unfortunately i will be back because my children love it, and this is the closest to the house, although i will say the food is usually the same from one OG to the next. It took them awhile to serve us which we understood they were busy. The manager caught that we were waiting a little too long and grabbed someone for us. We were not expecting anything out of it nor were we going to complain however the manager gave us free desert which was incredibly kind of her. On 03/06/2025 Me and my child went to this Olive Garden hoping to have a nice quick meal. After we arrived we were quickly seated and told our waiter would be out shortly. 5 minutes or so after being seated we were not greeted so I used the mini kiosk to "call server" and the red light was flashing for about 10-15 minutes. During this time the table behind us AND the table in front of us got seated and they both had waiters within minutes! Knowing the light was not working I went ahead and order my hungry child's food from the kiosk I was not able to order an adult entree from the kiosk so i remained hungry. After asking a random waiter for 2 waters and only receiving one of them my child's food arrived. It came very quickly and hot. At this point I was just ready to pay and leave I didn't want to deal with management or anything I just wanted to leave but after he was finished eating I tried to pay on the kiosk and it would not let me. I called for a manager and explained the situation and she was apologetic and told me my son's 6.99 kids meal would be free. I echo what has already been said. Service is kind of hit or miss in this location. The greeters are great, very friendly and helpful but you never know with the waitstaff. We have had issues with the food as well, once my friend ordered chicken marinara and it was still frozen when he cut it. We informed the waiter and they took it back apparently simply reheating it. I like ordering their tiramisu to go for a large group of people but once they didn't bring it out when I called and we had to wait a very long time for it to thaw. I ordered catering on the app a few days before the pick-up date. I ordered soup, salad, breadsticks, and a tray of lasagna. The soup wasn't the greatest, and one of my family members found a date dot (Best by date) in her bowl of soup. They didn't give us any salad dressing or breadsticks. The salad that says feeds 12 people barely fed 6. The lasagna was the worst of all. There was no marinara and cheese around the edges, which made it dry as can be. I will never be going back. First time I've ever been to one of these. The food and service were all amazing. I went in on Veterans Day. So the only thing I had to pay for was the most expensive iced tea I've ever drank in my life. When paying for your food, WATCH THE TIP CALCULATOR. It's a little "off". The computer said the tip I left was in the teens, when in reality it was a 66% tip. The iced tea was $3 and some change. I rounded it up to $5. Like I said, AMAZING food. Twice a month I take my mother who lives in a care facility to get her hair done. Each time mom picks a restaurant to get early dinner from. She was really excited this week on Tuesday to have Olive Garden, sadly her excitement didnt last. I gave it 2 stars because the take out service was ready as promised. This is HUGE for us because I have to leave mom in the car. The secind star was for the young lady who helped me, she was spectacular. However the food was horrible. Will never come back to this place, they offered a booth for 5 persons but wasn't even clean yet. We waited for the table to be cleaned and no one did it there was like 5 people at the reception desk just talking and standing around, no one offered another table there was like 5 or 6 available so we just left.
