Wow! We just had the most amazing meal at Luigi's Italian Restaurant! Flavors were banging, pasta and sauces all homemade from scratch & tasted so delicious & full of flavor!! The Italian Margaritas were fire! We ordered a wide variety of food so we could taste as much as we could and not one thing we were disappointed in! Batter on the mozzarella sticks and calamari was so light and crisp! Plating was also beautiful with attention to detail down to the parsley carefully sprinkled on the dishes. Our waiter Vincinzo (aka cousin Vinny) was the BEST! So attentive, so informative to all my questions, offered us great suggestions & spot on with reading our minds when we needed a second drink or togo box, etc. Ambiance was great, beautiful hanging Italian grapevine lighting, comfy booths & tables. I read prior reviews about being too noisy but that was not the case. We were able to laugh and joke with our kiddos and enjoy our awesome meal and hear our conversation easily. Luigi's (Owasso) has only been open a few weeks so it is busy. They don't take reservations. We had a party of 8 and arrived about 6:15. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait but it was less than that. The staff was all working hard. The interior is a lot lighter than the one in Skiatook. Food seems the same. They are all large portions and the bread and the dipping oil is amazing (and plentiful). We started with the bruschetta. It was good but probably not what you're used to. Looked like it had a bit of onion and was spread on top of a layer of bread, not individual crostini. I liked it though. I could see that some might not like it bc it was untraditional. I tried the ravioli plate. Loved the sauce. Around the table we had the lasagna (huge portion), the Sausage Pizzaola (which had a non-cream sauce), chicken parm, the primavera and the tortellini. I will certainly be back. The only photo I took was of the bruschetta. Everything else was devoured. Luigi's is a great new option for Owasso dining. read more

It want too busy when I went in with my mom. I'm not a pasta fan but wanted to give this place a try. I ate some, my mom ate half of her meal and I got a meal to go for my partner. I got home and we started to reheat the meals. While I was there, 3 older women were displeased ay their table, one saying that it wasn't acceptable. I thought maybe she was being a Karen but after what happened later I'm wondering what she had on her plate. I was down to my last bite when I noticed something in my chicken and broccoli, a maggot. I could not believe my eyes but there it was. I told my partner to stop eating and he was shocked to when I showed him what I found. I called Luigi's and they did refund my money but the whole experience has turned me away from any and all Luigi's. read more

The food was absolutely horrible, I swear it was all frozen then warmed up in a microwave. The health department needs to shut this place down, absolutely garbage, don't waste your time coming here. Dirty floors and the bathroom was hideous. read more

My wife and I like Italian food and were excited another option to Olive Garden opened up in Owasso, so we ventured in for dinner. I had reviewed the menu beforehand and was happy to see they had a pretty extensive selection of entree items. When we arrived I was a little disappointed with the ambience. It seemed more like a bar than a restaurant. However, we each ordered an entree and a salad. We had to pay about $5 apiece for the small side salads in addition to the entree price. My wife ordered the shrimp carbonera and I ordered the chicken marsala, two of our favorites. Service was ok... nothing special. Unfortunately, neither of us was particularly impressed with our entrees. Neither was as good as what we have gotten in other restaurants. Both were pretty bland by comparison. Prices were not exhorbitant but the food was not worth the prices they charged. Oh well, maybe Owasso will get another Italian restaurant down the road. read more

Very disappointing! Very basic Italian food with little flavor. The chicken marsala had a runny tomato based sauce that was not marsala based. The chicken is dry pieces of poorly seasoned chicken that I'm sure they batch cook and put on top of all dishes with chicken. Dishes were $20 or more each and definitely not worth it. We got a kids manicotti that was one skinny small manicotti for $12 and wouldn't satisfy many children at all. Don't waste your time and money! read more

This location in Skiatook is a very classy Italian restaurant that is very elegant with amazing types of Italian food. When you walk in, the atmosphere is very good very laid-back with the music on the background and having an amazing meal is always in style. All the employees are very friendly and outgoing, including Adam. You sit there a sample and enjoy the amazing meals. You leave there definitely full. Take out his just as great. Is there an away to give negative star!? So this is the worst place to go in Owasso. They let us sit had to ask for waiter then we finally order wait 45 mins and ask about our food and the excuse they give us is it deleted out of it iPad but they have to put it in on a machine to the side. So we ask for our ticket for what we did get which was our drinks and they want to give us a $113.95 bill. When we ask for the manager they said it would take 5 mins to get our food ready note by this time we have been there over an hour with no food and our server just kept walking past ignoring us. Then they yell at us because we refused to pay for food we didn't get and the waiter was rude when we walked out the door and said a few choice words to us. Note they will put no one out of business with their attitude and service of the community which will not support them. Other people got up and walked out after us. read more

I had a dinner date at the owasso location. This was my partner and I's first time eating at any Luigi's. Her tortellini was good however my chicken piccata was not. One of the chicken cutlets was either freezer burnt or expired. I believe the latter. read more
