Laser hair removal OF COURSE is awesome. Electrolysis has been around forever and is quite a tedious task that requires a bit of obsessive compulsion and patience. It's great for more precise and permanent hair removal in the brow area (where lasers are not precise enough for such a small area). It's also great for hair that isn't as responsive to laser treatments - light-colored and fine hair (white, grey, red, or blonde). If you're looking for great results, thorough education and treatment, in a clearly safe/sanitary environment - this is the spot for you.

I already knew going in that I would need 10-12 sessions to remove it. After three sessions the laser at the Bee Cave location broke, and I had to cancel my appointment. I intended to reschedule once they got a new machine, but life happens and I never did. After not rescheduling COVID happened and I lost track of time. Yesterday, 4/28/21 I went to the north location for my fourth laser removal session. Portcia (sorry not sure on spelling) was great! She had me ice my wrist for 5 minutes prior to the laser session. This caused vasoconstriction effectively reducing my swelling and under the skin bleeding. It's one day later and I have almost no discomfort. Highly recommend going here for tattoo removal. I can't wait for my next session!

Up until recently, I never had any issues when receiving my Trezepited shots in person. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Johnson and Dr. Paydon Newman both provided excellent care and really helped me achieve my goals--this review does not reflect on them at all. However, after switching to semiglutide, the first shipment arrived without a problem, but the second one never showed up. The UPS delivery photo was just a black screen, even though I was home all day. I filed a missing package claim with UPS and also contacted The Medspa Austin and the fulfillment company in Dallas. Everyone was polite and tried to help, but ultimately referred me back to The Medspa Austin because they needed to complete a form UPS had provided. Despite my efforts, The Medspa Austin would not replace the missing shipment, citing the "delivered" tracking information, and asked me to pay an additional $200 for a new shipment. I wasn't asking for a discount or a refund--I just wanted the shipment I had already paid for. This has been extremely frustrating, especially given the amount of money I've already spent and my previously positive experiences with their team. Until this missing shipment issue is resolved, I cannot recommend The Medspa Austin. However, I do want to emphasize that my negative experience does not reflect on Ashley Johnson or Dr. Paydon Newman, who both provided wonderful care.

Finally the wax was finished and she asked me if I am ok to use Sugaring for legs, I wasn't so comfortable with Sugar on legs. But since there was no wax present at that location, I agreed for Sugaring. Sugaring was not so good or nicely done and was really painful. Seriously, when a customer complaints - a basic courtesy is to make sure the customer is comfortable instead of considering one's own's convenience. I never expected this experience from Hello Sugar. The one location at Cedar park was really good and the girl was considerate I do not remember her name. But Eliana wasn't really considerate infact she was trying to get the work done. Due to this unwelcoming experience, I will never ever recommend my friends/family to Hello Sugar. I do have pictures of my legs which got bruised and red infront of her. But I will not share them due to privacy reasons. I would really like the owner of Hello Sugar should read it and teach basic culture of the Hello Sugar to their employees. Otherwise, even if other employees have basic courtesy and mannerisms, they will be overlooked by such employees. I wonder why can't you have basic supplies at hand for employees to use?
