What is it with Wawa restrooms. Not only are they tiny in an attempt to have more floorspace to sale you items, but something in them are always broken. Not to even mention how deplorable they are when it comes to cleaning. You would think that a company that prepares food on premise would have a working, clean restroom. That didn't deter me, I ended up using them. Once out, I mill about and got myself a drink and snack. Waited in line to pay and then was out the door.

I ordered the corn dog nuggets and two snack wraps. I found it interesting (and a bit disappointing) that every topping and sauce cost extra, whereas Wawa includes most of them. The corn dog nuggets were on the greasy side, with a coating that tasted oddly sweet, almost like funnel cake. The outside was blazing hot, but the hot dog inside was only lukewarm. The snack wraps, however, were solid -- I'd definitely order those again. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to visit a Sheetz; I'd probably look for a Wawa instead.

I decided to stick around a bit to allow me to stretch my legs for a bit. It had been a long few days driving around in my vehicle. During a roadtrip, we hit something on the highway that damaged our splash guard on the underside…read moreof my truck. I was dragging it for miles before spotting it when we got off the highway for a rest break. A man in the service center where we stopped saw my troubled face and came out to recommend Jeck's. We drove down and told them our plight and they immediately took us in. They removed the damaged splash guard as it wasn't worth trying to save and he replaced a couple of clamps that he saw had rusted away. Then he checked our tires when he thought one was low. Now there are service centers that might take advantage of an opportunity like this but not here! Jeck's is proof that there are still good and honest people in this world. The bill was next to nothing! I don't usually tip at car repair shops but I told them to keep the change! If I was local, this is the place that would be servicing my vehicles! God bless!
