During the pandemic they were playing games with my life. I needed certain diabetic medications and this is the experience I went through. 20+ years ago I heard neighbors talking outside my home about this amazing doctor, someone they…read moretruly trusted. When I asked the name of this doctor...they said Dr Franklin Lowe. I made an appointment that week and have never looked back. Dr Lowe is a compassionate, caring, person...not just an MD. When I first went to him the wait time was horrible, but since he is now concierge there is generally almost no wait time. His staff takes you back and does a pre-screen so that the time with Dr Lowe is on point. A word about his staff....they are excellent. They treat you like family and know you as an individual, not just a name on a file. Both my husband and I see Dr Lowe, love and respect him..... he is family to us. And has seen us through many crisis - some quiet serious with excellent results. His referrals to other doctors are impeccable..... the very best. To sum it up ......I'm having PT for a hip replacements and when I mentioned the name of my surgeon and Dr Lowe (my GP), the therapist said...."you've got the best", this is also what I'm told when ever I mention Dr Lowe's name in the local medical community. Thank you sir for 20+ years of care and good health at age 80.

He is not only an excellent physician with integrity who takes the commitment of his oath with pride but, hilarious and giving and super loving to all of his patient's. Going to a check up feels like a party with his staff members. I always feel better physically & my spirits are always lifted as well. He once viewed my labs even though I was out of network and no longer his patient. He gave me a second opinion and helped me advocate for myself with my new providers. He treats everyone like family. My husband's memory is gone and he can't hear in his right ear and all the doctor said "you have wax in your ear" Then he said "we shouldn't take the wax out because then he'll need a hearing aid". WTF.! My husband has dementia and the doctor wouldn't listen to us! he also is a cancer survivor and they never asked any questions relating to his colon cancer. Then they said they're gonna take blood, but they did not tell us when we would get the results. The whole purpose of this particular appointment was to a get A. Get a physical B. Get the results of the CT scan C. Address the constant urination problem, He walked out the door before we could finish any of these issues and never came back. I need to have two doctors signature in order to use my long-term care for my husband, but this doctor just walked out the door and didn't do anything about it‍ my husband is 76 and they never asked him any questions.
