They use remote contracted people when you call in. I've had a lot of problems with the information they provide.

I've been a patient at this clinic for over 10 years, and Dr. Magley has consistently provided exceptional care. He is thorough, compassionate, and truly listens, something that's hard to find these days. I can't say enough about the quality of care I receive from him. Scheduling does take a while, but in my experience that's more of a Franciscan system-wide issue than anything related to the providers themselves. I tried to get an appointment for a possible UTI. I was told that an appointment was not available until January 2026. This was on Dec. 5. Why does this office schedule so many appointments with no room for emergencies. It cost $90 to go the emergency room. I will go to an Urgent care place instead. Just had routine labs drawn for an appointment next week. Generally in and out in 10-15 min. 1/2 hr to get drawn and then I was used as a pincushion by two different techs to draw 2 tubes of blood. The first let the needle slip out of my vein between tubes and the second probed all around my other arm with the needle for the second tube. The topper is neither knew how to use Coban to stop the bleeding. I'm a retired healthcare provider. Good lord, aging is going to suck if this is where healthcare is headed. Total lack of skill by these two lab techs. I do in general like this clinic and my provider is awesome and I'll continue to go there for now. read more

To say I'm angry and upset is an understatement. 6 months to get in to see a doctor because I was a "new patient" even though I had been a patient for two years and my doctor left. Okay, fine. Finally get in. Get started on the type medication again that I had been off of for the 6 months prior, but a new brand. Start at the lowest dose. Was told during my first appointment to email in and that was better if I needed anything. Okay, fine. Email in Friday, 10/17 that I was taking my last dose and per protocol was now onto the next dose which was higher and needed a refill. Crickets. Email back on Wednesday 10/22 - hey, did you get this? I haven't seen an email come through. Get a message back, yes, we sent it in yesterday (10/21) and are waiting on insurance authorization. Okay, dealt with this before. Email Friday 10/24, since that is when I am supposed to take the medication. Was told they're still waiting and maybe I should reach out to the pharmacy. Reached out to the pharmacy today (10/25) because I didn't read the message until this morning. Call the pharmacy. Pharmacy is very confused and says it's waiting on an authorization for the WRONG GLP medication I'm on. NO WONDER the insurance company is like WTF is going on, why are they switching her. The clinic didn't bother to call and check on it themselves, didn't bother to involve the pharmacist in-house (she's amazing and would have caught this) and now I have to wait until MONDAY to get this figured out - 3 DAYS after I was supposed to take my next dose. I'm so incredibly upset. The audacity and laziness to not check on this. You are a healthcare provider and get so much money from insurance companies, it's outrageous to not pick up the phone and call. Why are people having to be their own advocates? Why??? Isn't that what doctors are for? To treat people? Because they allegedly care about health? The only person in that entire clinic who gives a damn about people is Stephanie Winkler, and she is amazing. Between it taking so long to get into the doctor and being considered "new" and now this, I'm fed up. Julie Hoffman, your staff support needs to do better. I wish I could say this was the first time that I have had issues, but all the ones prior have pushed me to the point of writing this review and I will be posting everywhere I can. read more

To start it is almost impossible to get an appointment with your pcp unless you scheduled a year in advance. If you have any follow ups or emergencies that don't require the ER or instant resolve you cannot get in. Not once or even twice 3+ times I've called to try to get in & was passed off to the nurses desk to basically be told to go to the Er or urgent care. The professionalism or empathy from the front desk is severely lacking. These are people calling for help for their health mothers, fathers sisters,brothers etc & Bree was completely rude with how she responded to me because again she was trying to pass me off like they've done the last few times. At this point the care doesn't seem to matter at all you as a person doesn't matter they're just there to get their money & that's it. Almost 2 hours later probably because they pass everyone off to the nurses desk I have still yet to get a call back. read more

What a JOKE! I won't be trusting our healthcare here. 1st time client. Was surprised the first appointment available was 2 months our but booked it. Then we get a call from them, voicemail, stating they need to reschedule. Now, I'm sitting on hold, with the same old automated excuse of "high volume of calls" - waiting for someone to actually answer the phone, so that I can tell them to cancel the appointment. We won't be handing over our time and money (and trust) to a provider who is this unavailable, unaccountable, and poorly run. read more

Awful clinic. Ever since Frerichs left, this place has been a mess. First, I was put through unnecessary pain of shots in my toe and told I would need to cut my toe open to get a piece of an ingrown nail out, before the doctor finally listened to me and took out the tiny sliver without pain medication...I never went back to him. Then, Dr. Mangat, who took over for Frerichs treated me like some druggie when I came in for a refill on my pills. I wasn't able to come in for a few months because I was out of town and she took that as reason to accuse me of abusing the drug. I have never felt so accused of being a druggie - from the person who has never touched drugs in her life and begrudgingly takes ADD medication when absolutely necessary. She then filled one prescription as a "favor" and said I had to find a new doctor. Establishing care at my other residence in California takes two months. So I'll have to go for an entire month without the pills I need to concentrate right before the biggest exam of my life that would change my career. Thanks for giving me this warning when you refilled 3 prescriptions for me in January and said it was no problem. They don't care about their patients. The staff that works there is just as bad. Update: I requested my medical records to be sent to my new doctor and specified the dates. The records department sent only the records outside of the dates specified! Then they never answered my emails, never returned my calls, etc. etc. I am thinking about filing a lawsuit at this point. I still don't have my records and they provided the records of Dr. Mangat flat out lying in my notes. Luckily my new doctor chooses to believe my primary care giver for 10 years over some crazy power hungry doctor that saw me twice and decided I was abusing my medication. They also won't respond to my requests to have her notes removed from my file. DO NOT GO TO ANY FRANCISCAN MEDICAL CLINICS!!! read more

Two and a half months for an appointment? No thanks. This clinic used to be top notch. What happened ?

I've been going here since 1991. It once was excellent! Now (2020) it takes months to get an appointment. It's okay if you're doing blood pressure checks semi-annually because you can schedule those out months in advance, but if you actually get sick this place has become useless. Picking a primary care physician is pretty much a trial and error thing, with the better physicians (e.g. Dr. Versoza) they told me to give up and pick another. I called today to make an appointment for my daughter and they told me to go elsewhere; which is correct you probably should go elsewhere. read more

Literally the worst clinic I have EVER been to. The doctor I have been having to deal with for months due to a work injury has made my life a living hell. I have had to go weeks without pay because of his inability to send in the proper paperwork to my work which is a very simple task! Also had to beg for months to get an MRI for my injury which turned out to be way more serious than he was making it out to be! And putting me through getting a cortisone shot which did WAY more harm than good! After begging for months for him to order an MRI, he sent the WRONG paperwork to the hospital for me to get my MRI so I had to wait even longer. His assistant was very helpful with many things but things were STILL getting done incorrectly on his end! Did he get his medical license from the back of a cereal box? I have been put through months of unnessicary pain, risk of losing my job, and not getting pay SIMPLY because of this doctors innability to fill out paperwork properly and consistently refusing to let me get an MRI with the excuse of "The treatment will be the same either way." If my job wouldn't have been understanding of this, I would be suing for the loss of my job. Luckily they laughed it off with me with the doctors inability to do such a simple task. I am BEYOND furious and hope nobody goes here. I could have consulted a psychic and probably got better results. read more

I have been going to the Enumclaw Medical Center for many years, and think it's a nice place. It's a gotten more busy and less personal, but that appears true with most places. This is by far the worst clinic I have ever gone to. At one time they had a wonderful doctor named Frerichs. Unfortunately, he has retired. I went through several different providers, all of whom were extremely condescending, and not interested in hearing what I had to say. Most of them had very little medical experience. When i called the staff to check on refills, they took down a message but the providers ignored the message for days. I kept calling the pharmacy and they said the doctor hasn't responded. Again I called the clinic, and got no response from the provider. The next time I called the pharmacy they told me the doctor declined the Prescription. The medicine the doctor declined is the type of medicine you're never supposed to stop abruptly because it could cause Anxiety. Insomnia. Restlessness. Unintentional and purposeless movements. Hand tremors. Muscle spasms. Excessive sweating. Rapid pulse. Nausea/dry heaving. Vomiting. Weight loss. Muscle pain. Headaches. Hallucinations Delirium. Seizures that can be life-threatening if not treated properly. Apparently they don't care and were extremely incompetent and unprofessional. read more

Absolutely worst health care service I have received. The new Dr. Mangot has very poor health care service and ethic. I was diagnosed with sciatica last year. This women told me my sciatica pain was indeed not sciatica pain. Uhm excuse me? And proceeded to refuse any source of pain relief for my nerve pain other than anti-inflammatory. Not only is her healthcare service very poor but she threw some disrespectful comments my way when I advised her I would like to speak with another physician. Over all this particular practitioner was not only unethical but very biased as well. I felt very judged right off the bat like I was some addict trying to score pain meds when I indeed have daily severe sciatica pain. And another time I went in previously I had painful lumps in my stomachs and had one of the doctors check them out with palpating of my abdomen, the doctor said it was my SPINE because I'm so skinny, this person should be FIRED FOR MALPRACTICE!! 1000% UNACCEPTABLE!! How can you even call yourself a physician? I'm disgusted !! Forget this place, as well as any other Franciscan healthcare facility, I have never had a good experience with this company ever. The care I received from the Medical Professionals at this clinics was great. This review is for the Billing office. I had treatment in DEC of 2014 was billed in Feb of 2015 for $97.09 I paid them using my Banks Bill Pay. I still received late notice statements. I called them and provided them with my proof of payment from my Bank. I was told it would be taken care of. It was not. They contacted me again in April of 2016 and said they were going to send me to collections, again I provided proof to them via FAX copy and they acknowledged receipt. Now its August 2016 and they after all that time and effort from me they have now assigned my account to collections. Well I responded and provided proof of payment again. I have a Bank statement showing the check cleared also but they still refuse to show the account as paid and its still in collections. I guess I need to waste some additional time and effort for their mistakes and hire an attorney. APPARENTLY WITH CHI FRANCISCAN HEALTH REGARDLESS IF YOU HAVE PROOF OF PAYMENT AND THEY MAKE A POSTING ERROR YOUR GOING TO COLLECTIONS. Every time I have had an appointment there, I have always had to wait at least an hour past the appointment time. The people checking you in at the front desk do not let you know if the doctor is running late and you are just left sitting in the waiting room until you ask someone. Usually, when you do, you are met with less then gracious and professional attitudes. There is also a lack of communication through the clinic. When making an appointment to have a test done, they failed to tell me what I had to do beforehand to take the test. After wasting an entire afternoon in the waiting room (over two hour wait), I was told I could not take the test today and would have to make another appointment another day. No apology, no acknowledgement of miscommunication. I have received care at different Franciscan locations and I can say this one is the worst I have encountered. If you are looking for a higher level of care and more professional conduct, I would go somewhere else within the Franciscan system. read more
