Chris was a great help. I called him from the side of the road and explained to him my situation…read more He provided me with a tow truck name and number. I had towed it over to the shop. Chris called me updating me with the issues. Explained how much money it was gonna cost. His staff is very friendly and helpful explaining the problems. I think trusting your mechanic is as important as trusting your doctor.

Deceptive billing practices hidden behind a "family safety" sales pitch…read more I recently brought my 2018 Infinity Q50 here for an agreed-upon $89.00 A/C check. Once they had my car in the shop they pushed an extra $115.00 manual labor charge, claiming they "could not" use a diagnostic scanner port in my car because every electrical component had to be checked individually. I questioned that and was told that the port in my car would not read "broken wires, bad ground or power supply." The upcharge was paid for and I drove home. When I got home i did some research and as I suspected their claim was completely false. A 2018 Infinity HVAC computer instantly generates diagnostic codes like open circuit or short to ground and the power supply. The standard, legal procedure in New Jersey is to plug the scanner in under the initial agreed-upon fee of $89.00 first, pull codes, and then present the findings to the customer to request authorization for further manual labor. Instead they skipped the standard legal procedure to manufacture additional labor hours, completely bypassing required procedure. After contacting the service manager by email and giving them the opportunity to refund the upcharged amount they maintained their position even though their own documentation proves my claim to be true. I am filing a formal complaint with the New Jersey division of Consumer Affairs and initiating a credit card dispute for deceptive upcharging. Watch your paperwork very careully here. They claimed their scanner was of no use onmy car and could not read the required codes to diagnose my A/C correctly. My vehicle uses an entirely computer-controlled electronic variable compressor, meaning their advanced scanners are precisely the tools designed to read these electrical faults. They used their advertised "High-Tech" Certifications to justify a "Bait and switch" price upcharge tactic. They refused my written request for a partial refund in writing. As a senior citizen, I do not like getting taken advantage of and neither should you. Be cautious and be wary of the upselling or upcharging

Never been happier with a guy I bought a car from. In the past, I have despised the car purchasing process. Has felt like a game of cat and mouse. Especially with Dodge and Dodge personnel. With Dodge, I always felt like I just got beat, but couldn't place exactly how or where. Dodge is terrible. Dodge people are terrible. I used to be a Ford guy, by the way. Had an E-250 my whole life. I went with the Promaster. Ruined my life. Everything went wrong with it. Transmission. A new fan EVERY single year because their fan assemblies eat themselves and leave you stranded. I have the invoices! My guy Jeff the mechanic giggles every time! Happened this year in Scranton. The year before in Midtown Manhattan. But, I digress... Austin was different. He was knowledgeable and low pressure. Took time to walk us thru the benefits of each level of trim. We were about done when I threw - unintentionally - a curveball at him about getting a Duramax variant. He was able to quickly locate one and that's the one we got. Duramax = happiness. A lot of folks break balls over this younger generation of Americans. Don't know how old Austin is, but he's got to be half my age. They are definitely less out spoken, but I think they're more trust worthy. At least that's my take away with Austin. No push. Just present with knowledge and details at the ready. Never had a bigger payment than this one. Never been happier with a vehicle. Buy from Austin. He's a good dude. PS I waited a few weeks to post this just to make sure this thing was still awesome. It is.

You would think that's the buyer fault for not checking but they go further by falsifying the inspection paperwork says the brakes are good and the car is mechanically all complaint.
