However, here in Milledgeville the experience was not so great. I had a tooth break in February. I went online to schedule an appointment with the Milledgeville branch. The appointment I made was for 4 days later. I went to the office to ensure my records were there, and that was when I was told that I couldn't have that appointment because I was a returning client. I was given an appointment a few weeks out--March 9. I got tied up in Florida and had to reschedule. The earliest appointment I could get was a month out--April 6. However, since I had to cancel I didn't complain. However, Aspen required that my appointment be rescheduled, and the earliest next appointment offered was April 27. I declined, figuring if dealing with an existing client's broken tooth was easily put off for months they can't be very caring dentists. Also, the front desk woman is still a B* that rhymes with itch. Sad that customer service means so little anymore.

However, after entering my legal name, the online appt gave an error message, about my name not being proper. And, the virtual asst's error message said, Name should match format (John Smith). Hello!!! That's what I did! :-( So, 0 Star for this. Now, in talking with the CSR, who was friendly, and courteous (5 Stars), I did tell her about this. So, hopefully, they'll get it fixed (fingers Xed). However, when I gave my preferred appt (late morning/early afternoon on Thursday), all that was available was either sometime tomorrow, 2/4/25. Or, on 3/3/25! Say what!?!? So, needless to say, I didn't schedule with them. Le sigh

A week after being in Milledgeville, her allergies returned and she ended up at Ergent Care today covered with a rash and still having allergy issues. Last spring she visited Langford and was told she doesn't have allergies. They proceeded to do some other test for a grand total over $1k. I did some research myself and believe she's allergic to ragweed there. She's definitely allergic to something and it's a shame that you can't get straight answers from them.

They attempt to line you up with a multi-year series of literally hundreds of office visits to cure your allergy, requiring that you re-invent your life to revolve around their practice. But I only have moderate allergy symptoms for a couple of months each spring - can't you just give me a shot each year to help my pollen tolerance? "Sorry, we don't do that." Of course they don't - you can imagine how much more profit they make from booking your office visits by the hundreds rather than seeing you once each spring. After two hours and a significant copay, I left with a prescription for nasal spray. And then they wanted to book me for a follow-up visit to assess my condition - a follow-up to what?! You didn't do anything! A follow-up visit with this place? "Sorry, I don't do that."
