What to say. The good, Brittany tried everything to get the parts department to answer my call. She even asked me to leave a message and she would make sure they get it. The bad, the parts department will not take the time to answer a call so I took my business to Jackson. Cost me a little more in gas and time but as I have a plan to purchase a new car in 2020 this experience of how they cannot handle a simple transaction may save me thousands when I consider where to make my 2020 vehicle purchase. read more

I went to Frank Beck with a friend he didn't have great credit and offered to co-sign and gave the salesman my info.He said he was going to try to get my friend approval without me and would let me know if he needed to use my info.3 days later my friend got a loan through them and I found out that they ran my credit with his 15 times and dropped my score to 640 from a 705.I called them to place a complaint to there financing guy Steve and he basically said it didn't happen and maybe my friend went to other lots with my info.I told him I had the proof and he just dismissed it even after I told him they sold the car to my friend and I never signed anything for them to run my credit.I will never recommend anybody going there because of there unprofessional people. I can't say enough good things about how Dave Beck handled a problem I had with a new vehicle I bought four months age from Beck Chevrolet. He step up an corrected the problem which I'm sure cost him financially but he never hesitated about doing the right thing. I have bought many cars over my life time an I know of no other car dealership that would have done what this dealership did. If I could give them zero and still have my review be seen I would. They are lucky that I know Troy personally or I would never do business or refer business there ever again. When I was there buying my car I brought my boyfriend and the sales manager sat there talking to him and handing him paperwork for my vehicle after both my boyfriend and I telling him multiple times that I was the one buying the car. The guy didn't even look at me until I literally said "I am the paying customer, not him, if you want to make any money today you need to start talking to me" and even after that he sort of talked to me but looked at his computer the entire time. After that my boyfriend hit a deer in his truck and we had the repairs done there. They did not replace his tire and all of his warning lights on his dashboard are still there and the truck was there over two months. I am not impressed and I do not recommend going there if you can go somewhere else. read more

Horrible dealership. This place intends to sell cars that knowingly have issues without disclosing them to the buyer. Also sells warranties without showing the full terms of the warranty, and does not give the full warranty details until 3 months after the purchase. All of this is from my personal experience. They simply do not care about the customer. I drove 2 hours to buy a car and they didn't have the courtesy to even call and tell me that it had been sold earlier in the day(knowing I was coming up to look at it). So I showed up and the car was sold, stupidly made another drive up a week later to look at another car and bought it. I regret buying the car especially the extra warranty coverage that they sell. The transmission was bad and went out within a month. When the car was in the shop the mechanics said the transmission fluid was recently changed and that the dealership clearly knew there was an issue with the car. Dealership refused to help with the repairs and required it to be towed to their shop to do the repair if we wanted to use the warranty. Since the car has been back there is clearly something wrong with the transmission and Frank Becks refuses to do anything about it. Do not buy a car here. read more

NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM FRANK BECK CHEVROLET. They are the reason that car dealers still have a horrible reputation for being total liars. Like the previous reviewer, we drove 2 hours to look at a car on the lot. We reached an agreement on the purchase price the next day. They then sold the vehicle to a relative of the owner knowing that another salesman already had a confirmed buyer for the vehicle. The manager refused to let the salesman take our deposit so that they could instead sell the vehicle to the owner's relative. Totally unethical and completely unprofessional. The manager then proceeded to tell us that it was our fault for not buying the car earlier. Sad if that is how things work in Hillsdale because they sure don't work that way in the rest of the world. So save your time and money and NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM FRANK BECK CHEVROLET. read more

I was getting work done from frank beck shop and come to find out they didn't put bolts n right and i was leaking oil all over the place.. then they are going to tell me it was not there fault. I said my warranty would not of covered if my engine would of blown only thing her could say is yes it would not of been covered under warranty. BULL SHIT!! Don't go to frank beck.. Save your money. Recently, I had an unhappy experience with this dealer. I worked with one of the salesmen for almost a week - made several trips to the dealership going through the process of buying a vehicle. The price seemed fair, and we were interested in trading one of our vehicles in on the deal. We discussed numbers, and after coming to what I thought was a deal, the salesman introduced us to the sales mgr to finish the process, To my dismay, the sales mgr advised us that the salesman who had been working with us hadn't told him about any of the numbers we had discussed with him. I was very upset by the lack of communication. All of my running back in forth was a waste of time.I left without buying the car. I felt it was only fair to let the sales mgr know why I was so upset when I left, but he never returned my call. Disappointed here :( read more
