The technician showed up and determined that he was unable to fix anything on site at the time. He said he needed parts for the showers and told me that the Kohler toilet had a recall. He said I should contact Kohler for the toilet bowl. I wasn't able to find anything about the alleged recall, but that's really irrelevant. He was there for 45 minutes and FIXED NOTHING. He charged me SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!! Almost $1,000 an hour. Oh, and that wouldn't count toward any eventual repairs. Absolutely despicable. I would not recommend them to anyone. I can not comment on the quality of their work since they took me for $700 and didn't fix ANYTHING

I'm not making a ton of money yet- in fact I'm scraping by though I'm growing. My A/C conked out and a company charged me for 2 visits totaling 1000.00 and said it was unfixable. I tried to use Gold Medal and they couldn't actually do the type of work I needed (huge chiller on the roof). But they listened to my story and still inspected and diagnosed the problem with my unit and gave me advice and information. My sales person was Tim and the technician he brought was Mike (or I might have those names flipped!)... They were so helpful and not condescending- which I have experienced in the past with other technicians. I was so impressed by them and will absolutely use them in the future and want everyone to know how honest and trustworthy these guys were. I'm so grateful!
