We used him both as a seller's and buyer's agent, for the sale of one house and a purchase of another. Throughout the entire process he promptly answered any questions we had (there were many, and frequently repeated) at any time of day. Any information that he wasn't sure of he was clear about, and rapidly found answers to. We were looking over a very large area, for somewhere around 3 months he drove 2-5 hours multiple times a week to showings, never complaining and always working with our schedules. When we found the right place, he made suggestions on what to offer, assuring that we were accepted. After the offer was accepted he helped negotiate to lower than we had expected. I was hesitant about our ability to even sell our house, and was in disbelief at the original price that he estimated we would be able to get for it as it was $15-20k above what I had assumed we would be able to get. He followed through with that estimate and we sold at $10k over it (for a total of $30k above what I had expected to get for the house) on an offer that we received within the first week of listing the house.
