Our family has been going to "Dr." Kam for over 20+ years. We have had great results with him;however, for some reason Dr. Kam likes to express his political opinions while adjusting me and my daughter although he never does this with my husband. "Dr. Kam Likes to get his news and talking points from YouTube, "where you hear it straight from their mouths." And he finally got his second Covid shot a week ago! He said, "People die from the vaccine, you know and the majority of people who die are over 60 or have conditions that predispose then.." I first met Dr. Kam in June 2004, after my laser back surgery for two herniated discs. Dr. Kam was one of several chiropractors versed in the Cox Spinal Manipulation Method recommended by my surgeon, and I am still thrilled he was the one I selected. I saw him for several months after surgery (as recommended post-surgery), and then periodically over the years I lived in LA. Dr. Kam is not only professional, but genuinely nice and interested in you as a person and patient. He is the only chiropractor I know who successfully "fixes" any issues/pains -- I typically have lower back issues if I sit too much and don't consistently do the exercises he recommends - in ONE session. I moved to Chicago in 2006, but was recently back in LA at a conference. I had been flying/traveling/sitting quite a bit, and my back went in to spasm. Fortunately I was in Glendale and immediately contacted Dr. Kam's office. This was Thursday afternoon; by Friday morning I was in his office and an hour after my appointment my pain was gone. I've been seeing Dr. Kam for a few years and drive 45min to 1hr just to see him!! I am very particular about who I see and that's why I go the distance to see him. I am a dancer and my body goes through a lot from dancing many hours throughout the week. Any injury, pain or discomfort I've had so far he has been able to heal. I have been coming to Dr Kam for the past few months to have my neck and back adjusted. Long story short, he's an excellent chiropractor!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to feel better without medication. Dr Kam really took the time to evaluate me and determined what course of action would be best. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Kam! I just wish I had gone to him years ago. I had a horrible fall in my late teens and suffered for most of my life with back pain to the point that I couldn't walk longer than 15 minutes without pain and numbness. Plus all that pain, I kept getting more injuries just by doing daily activities. My first visit to Dr. Kam was because of a sciatic nerve injury. After my first visit, I had absolutely no pain! I would avoid Dr Kam as his office deals in unethical billing practices. I was being treated there and instead of billing my insurance as he should have in a timely fashion, he did not do it in a timely fashion that was beyond was reasonable for my insurance company and now he is asking me to pay out of pocket for coverage that I had. His treatment was average at best. I am now having to deal with debt collector because he was not reasonable in owning up to his mistake that if he wanted to get paid he should have bill my insurance accordingly. My friend Jill recommended Dr. Kam to me. I was in excruciating pain, could not even lift my arms over my head. Driving was really difficult since I could not turn my head. I head to turn my entire upper body which made pain shoot like electricity through my entire body. I could not sleep at night because of back pain.
