I went in with actual pain and was sold a membership for four sessions per month at $89. The care itself was nothing special. The real problem started when I called a few months later to cancel. I was told cancellation could not normally be done over the phone, but that an exception would be made for me. That cancellation never happened. Instead, I was charged for roughly another six months, totaling over $600, with no sessions used and no meaningful help from the location. You would think that after paying for months of unused membership charges, I would at least have sessions available. I do not. When I called again and explained what happened, another representative told me she would speak with the manager and call me back on a specific day. That call never came either. So the pattern here was simple: they were available when selling the membership, unavailable when fixing the cancellation issue, and silent when asked to follow up. My advice: do not sign up for the membership unless you get every cancellation detail in writing. Do not rely on a phone conversation. Do not assume they will correct billing mistakes. Watch your account closely, because once the charges stack up, you may be left with no refund, no sessions, and no accountability. Dr. Keo is my favorite chiropractor at this location. Whatever he does just works for my headaches and back and neck pain. I have the package that costs $89/mo. For 4 visits. I don't go every week but every time I have a headache and go, Dr. Keo's adjustments relieve my headache. This is why I still keep paying for it because it's convenient compared to needing to book an appointment and waiting. The first visit is roughly about 30 minutes to assess then your following walk-ins are 5 min. or less. If you want longer sessions each time you go in, it's best to look for a different chiropractic place. Just a heads up though, you aren't able to cancel your subscription over the phone and need to cancel in person if you do sign up for a plan. I believe they take FSA/HSA as well but double check with them just in case. read more

I've been to many chiropractors in the past but I've never met one that is as thorough and attentive as he is. Excellent providers. Busy location. Quality care in a timely manner. I sprained my shoulder golfing. Showed the Dr a video of my swing. As a fellow golfer and DC, he noticed right away that I was slouching which was causing my pain. Boom. Poor posture was causing my sprain. If I don't fix my form, it'd be a chronic flare up. That's A+ service. He also recommended a few stretches w/ foam roller. Was transparent that the adjusted area would be tender for the next day. **Fast service doesn't equate to bad service. Please speak up and advocate for yourself if you have more questions/concerns with your adjustment. Don't be shy. If you're unhappy or feel like the adjustment "isn't hitting the spot", let the Dr know.** you're paying for a service and it's always ok to speak up with your concerns. This location is great and I'd highly recommend it. The Joint franchises are fast and effective. If you want "the works" aka--15 min warm-up electrical muscle stimulation+heating pad/ theragun prior to adjustment AND physical therapy stretches afterwards, this isn't that kind of place. read more

Went in as a first time customer for a lower back adjustment because I was in so much pain. If they were good, I would come back as a full time customer. Try before committing is pretty standard in my mind. The woman (Elena?) assisting me asked very broad open-ended questions without looking at any of the forms I just spent 10 minutes filling out. She must not have been happy with my answers because she was clearly frustrated with me after 30 seconds for no apparent reason. She was lecturing me about not being a repeat customer but not sure how I can do that on the first visit. Such a bad vibe I was running for the door within 2 minutes.
