Oscar responded with clear and reasonable quotes and a 5-wk process time. sofas were picked up as scheduled. since we're trying to save some $ and matching the seat cushion, there were not too many choices of fabric to choose from. and It was hard/expensive to find trims that matched original design of the sofa. Oscar's staff explained and talked me into just doing simple piping along the base and around all the pillows. the day before delivery I called to confirm (I was really worried they won't make it for my party scheduled day after delivery), then again the morning of delivery and late afternoon. they finally delivered around 5pm on delivery day, 2hrs after their closing time. the sofas looked really nice and the simple piping actually enhanced the seat cushions. we really like it. Oscar was very responsive via text. the staffs were all very helpful throughout the process. I would have given them 5-stars if I didn't have to be so nervous the last 2 days worrying they wouldn't make it.

Both front seats needed repair from the base and seats totally Upholstered. After about an hour of fabric matching we agreed on the work. He also fix my back seat wire that controls the pulling forward for the seat broken by the car wash without my knowledge doing a detail. My seats feels like I'm riding in a new Benz. The leather is awesome not cold or sticky so the fabric isn't cheap. Great job awesome Price and the job was completely done in 1 week. Thank you Pomona Auto Upholstery I'm very satisfied Evon

I would not recommend this business to anyone going forward. Just because he has the word "Custom"…read morein his business name doesn't mean he can do anything. I refuse to take my seats back to him because I don't want to wait another month to get them back. He will give you a date and not come through. He told me my project would take 5 business days and it ended up being 11 weeks. I had to ask him if I had to get the BBB or lawyer involved because he was not giving me a date he would be finished. He may be good for small projects but not a full interior like I had. Pros: -The rear speaker deck cover he did came out as I expected and was perfect to me. -Rear seats came out good. -Bernard is a nice guy and will answer any question you might have. Cons: -Bad communication. Hardly answered my call or texts. I still have the text messages. -Deadline dates were never met. There was always an excuse. -He took 2 deposits from me then asked me for the entire amount and delivers 2 months later. 5 business days is how long he told me it would take. -Shop is swarmed with kittens/cats so beware if you're allergic like me. Your upholstery will smell like it. My seats smell like pee or dirty cat. I don't know... -Does not pay attention to detail. Seats came back with stains and damage. Glue was left on the seat. Red stitching was not straight and even on the seat. -I felt like I was being pushed off after I paid in full. 5/23 UPDATE: 5/23 - all pictures were recent. They even have the GPS location on where I took them and what time. I have no reason to lie about this. I have every single text messages saved on my phone. Yes I was happy with the rear seats and door panels. Matter in fact, the door panels are already bubbling up. Should I do a new review for that? I posted 1 of many pics that I've taken at his business where he said I lied about posting old pictures. I asked him for a price for everything and he gave it to me. I never asked for a discount or anything for free.

My 25 pieces were…read morebroken, tearing, chipped or all of the above and when they got done with them -- a week ahead of the four weeks they said it would take -- they looked brand new and beautiful. What's more, Colin (the owner's son) is incredibly honest. The first estimate he gave me included about $1,500 for a clear coat he said was needed for the color I chose. I signed the estimate and paid 1/2 for the deposit. Then Colin called me to say that he wouldn't need to do the clear coat after all, so he was taking that money off the second payment and sending me a new invoice. So many businesses wouldn't have bothered doing this once the client signed and agreed, since they could have pocketed the additional money and I would have been none the wiser. Not these guys! Given that experience, and the finished product, I recommend these nice, honest, small-business owners 1,000%. CFR Patio isn't cheap, but it is more than worth it if you have pricey patio furniture, since redoing my 25 pieces of furniture cost about the same as buying 4-5 replacement chairs. Oh, and their delivery guys are incredibly nice and helpful. Helped me move around the furniture more than once to get it all back the way I wanted. Really can't say enough good things about CFR! Colin, I'm ready to send you the umbrellas next!
