Excellent service. Very responsive and great shop. Will do business again with this company.

I originally discovered Rogelio's about 5 years ago when I saw their posts on IG. At the time, I was looking for an upholstery shop to work on the headliner of my S4. I ended up not needing their services as I sold the car to a friend. Continued to follow them just so that I could admire their work and in case I ever needed their services in the future. The time finally came when the headliner on my wife's Mini decided to take a crap and started to sag. Immediately messaged Rogelio's on IG and requested a quote to redo the headliner. Roger was very responsive on IG and provided a fair estimate for the work. I am super thankful they do work on Saturdays as I'd otherwise have to use a vacation day for them to do the work. Needless to say, the headliner came out perfect but what surprised me was that they were able to complete the work in less than 3.5 hours! Highly recommend Rogelio's to anyone in SoCal and will be back to hopefully have them re-wrap our beater's steering wheel.

Wow, super impressed with today's service. Compared a few prices and Rogelio's was the best price. Not only was he affordable but provided same day service. They repaired my driver's seat, the turn around was only a few hours. Will absolutely recommend this shop to friends. Thank you Rogelio's

Have a Porsche Cayman whose headliner decided it was time to start sagging..evidently, this is not uncommon on Porsche's. Having had a friend do a full restoration on a 70's Triumph, I asked for a referral for an auto interior shop and he suggested Rogelio's. A short drive over to the shop and a conversation with Roger and I felt the price was fair, he made a suggestion on material that was a very close match to the now unavailable Porsche material and an appointment was made. The work was completed on the day of the appointment as promised and the work was top notch. The shop doesn't look like much from the outside (in a heavily industrial area, but the result speak for themselves :)

A quick before and after picture. Rogelio did such a great job! He scheduled me in the next day and gave me a great price to get the job done.

I can't say enough about this establishment. The owner and his sons are extremely knowledgeable, creative with good vibes. Just to be clear they are capable of making magic with their staff. They have an engineer on staff who cam create anything and the crew can materialize all types of show products. They walked me though mountains of options and provided examples at every stage. Their work made me a believer..

By far the best auto upholstery to go to. I got referred here by several friends from different groups. Came to get a custom seat made for my vintage motorcycle. Dropped off my seat pan I made, told him what I was looking for (color/stitching/material) and came back to pick it up 2 weeks later. Quality is 10/10. Leather is top quality. Stitching is really nice. Price was reasonable. Turned out better than I expected. Very happy. (Update) I came back a month later because I ripped a hole in the seat. My fault. He fixed it at no charge. Can't even tell it was there. Great customer service.

I was hoping I just needed brake pads for the front and hopefully not all 4 wheels at the time. They were very responsive and the quote was comparable to other places, if not better. Decided to take it in on a Friday in the morning. Checked my wheels and told me I just needed the front brake pads and rotors replaced. The back was still good. Sigh of relief somewhat. They were able to get the pads and rotors replaced for little under 3 hours. Time went by and they were updating me during the whole time. Great service and team here. Will definitely bring my car back in to get other services done. No issues whatsoever with the new pads and rotors.

PROBLEM: ALIGNMENT ISSUES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, ACCOUNTABILITY…read more When I first tried to leave a review, my account was somehow blocked from posting specifically for RTM, while I could still review other businesses. I contacted Yelp, and by coincidence, the representative I spoke with was also RTM's Yelp rep. He said it was strange that I couldn't post only for RTM. After I explained my situation, he advised me not to leave a review and instead take the matter to small claims court--which I did. During the hearing, the judge seemed to understand my side, but the ruling ultimately favored RTM. Despite being advised not to post this, I'm sharing my experience here because the situation still doesn't sit right with me--especially given Yelp's controversial review practices. On 10/1/25, my rear right adjustable control arm snapped. My car has aftermarket wheels, tires, and suspension components, so a precise alignment is critical to ensure proper fitment without rubbing the fender. I initially went to TM Auto (located across from RTM) for the control arm replacement. After installation, TM took my car to RTM for alignment. I specifically asked them to match the rear right alignment to the rear left, which was set at -2.8 degrees. When I went to pick up my car, I immediately noticed the rear right wheel did not match the rear left. The camber was visibly off. I pointed this out to the technician, but he insisted the alignment was correct and that there were no machine or human errors. After repeated requests, they put the car back on the rack, but instead of rechecking, two additional technicians came out and dismissed my concerns with questionable explanations: "Toyota made the fenders uneven." "Your control arm is made in Taiwan/China--what do you expect?" Despite putting the car back on the rack, they never rechecked the alignment. They simply removed the car and stood by their original claim. With no resolution, I had no choice but to drive the car home. Because the alignment was incorrect, my tires rubbed against the fender the entire way. The next day, I found heat damage, paint cracking, and visible wear on the fender. I came back the next day to talk to Richard (the owner) hoping he would recheck everything, but it was apparent he was "too busy"--despite clearly having time to talk with other customers and then continue working on another car, while ignoring me. I waited outside RTM for over an hour trying to speak with him. When the TM Auto manager asked if he had seen the damage, his response was, "Yeah, so what?"--with no concern at all. After is when I left, and was forced to go to another shop to realign--more driving, more damage done. I used a camber gauge and measured -2.8 degrees on the rear left and -2.0 degrees on the rear right. To confirm, I took the car to my trusted shop, Chewerks in La Habra, where they verified the rear right camber was indeed -2.0 degrees and did not match the left side. Their measurements matched mine exactly. Because RTM refused to recheck or correct their work, this improper alignment caused damage to my car. The rear left side tucks properly, while the rear right sticks out about half an inch, which led directly to the rubbing and damage. I had clear documentation and evidence, but the court still ruled in RTM's favor. I chose not to appeal to avoid spending more time on the matter. A nearby body shop, Cenco Auto Body, quoted over $1,800 to repair the fender (with another shop giving a similar estimate), confirming the extent of the damage. What could have been a simple recheck turned into a costly mistake. Despite everything, RTM did not offer any compensation or attempt to make things right. Seeing RTM's highly rated Yelp profile made their response even more surprising. They're quick to take your money with a smile when things go well, but when issues arise--as in my case--they deny responsibility and make no effort to make things right (In my case, they didn't take money directly, but a receipt was given to TM Auto, and I had to pay TM Auto--which is the same as paying RTM directly). TM Auto went as far as offering RTM to help cover the repair costs, but RTM still refused. TM Auto didn't have to step in for someone else's mistake, yet they still tried--that says everything. Richard (the owner) had my contact information through the small claims process, yet he never made any effort to contact me--even before we went to assigned court date. After what happened, I'm relieved I didn't bring my other cars first--especially since those cars are of higher value. It seems RTM has many satisfied customers, along with a smaller number of unhappy ones. Hopefully, you don't end up in the latter group like me. FWIW: Following the incident, I contacted Hunter to verify when RTM's rack was last calibrated. Abel (rep) advised that its calibration was set to expire later that month. This raises the possibility that their rack may have been out of calibration.

It will work, but not always be the best. This shop takes pride in the work they do. Owner is friendly and personable. I even chatted him up regarding welding, and he openly took the time to teach/show me some things to try as practice to learn better welding. This was not even related my my job!! I consider my job pretty simple... for my skill level (shade tree mechanic). I did not want to deal with it in my driveway. So I needed a shop that I would trust to do it as I would do it. I would take my time and get it right. No Wham,Bamm thank you mamm stuff. Here is an example of the little details you want in a professional shop. When putting on the clamps for the exhaust tips the owner (Sorry, I forgot your name, my bad) rotated the clamps in such a way that they would never be noticeable (clamp bolts) from the rear. This car is low and it probably would not have mattered but I know from experience from other shops that they would have just slapped the clamps on. Would have it worked? Yes. "Professional detail" no. The details matter and that is how you know you are dealing with someone that cares about the service they provide you. My job was a Corsa cat back exhaust on a 2024 Ford Mustang GT. The owner knew exactly what he was doing. Not like some other shops where it just seems like the person is guessing half the time. I work on my own project cars. So I have a certain skill level and sometimes I am that person that is guessing on how to do something. This shop was none of that. Professional and knowledgeable all the way. I will be letting everyone I know about the shop for their exhaust needs. You get what you pay for. The prices at this shop are fair, competitive and totally reasonable. Seriously I felt like I got a bargain just based on how professional the shop was. Side note- The owner has legit welding skills too. I saw examples. I would not hesitate for him to weld anything I needed done. NOT RELATED TO THIS SHOP AT ALL... Just a personal rant about some Yelp reviewers... Again NOT RELATED to this shop or any reviews of this shop...My two cents on Yelp reviews overall where people say they felt over-charged or they know they can get something cheaper. Look, you are paying for someone's skill and overhead (of the business). Stop thinking it is okay to scr3w skilled professionals of their labor because you think it SHOULD cost less. Seems you do not have the skills or understand the knowledge need to do skilled jobs you want someone to preform for you. First off just remember EVERYTHING is more expensive now. Then there is a big difference between doing a job correctly and doing a hack job that will be "good enough'. If you are one of those "good enough" shoppers, then stop leaving bad reviews all over Yelp for business that are actually trying to give you a professional and correct service. Those businesses are NOT trying to rip you off... they are trying not to screw you with shoddy service,
