He notified me that his arrival would be at 2:50. Thankfully we had a friend pick up my husband & 3 children shortly after that phone call. I called Brandon back at 5:35 since we hadn't had an update. I then texted 5 minutes later. Four hours after my initial phone call with Kings I called Allstate. Allstate shared that when they contacted Kings about why our car had not been towed, Kings stated that they were no longer able to get our vehicle. I did not receive a call or text back from Kings that they were no longer coming to tow our vehicle. Thankfully Allstate was able to match us with another towing company.

He said he couldn't tow it to our home because it was too far, however we lived closer to the towing location than where he wanted to take the car so why would he need to store it overnight? The driver tried to force the issue and get an attitude when I told him NO ONE is paying $340 for a tow that they don't even take where you want it to go. THIS IS EXTREMELY PREDATORY!!!! He was understanding when traffic made me a few minutes late (left the car overnight at a local gas station). My car was very secure on the truck and the driver was very easy to follow from Catonsville to Towson. Reasonable pricing- around $10-20 more expensive than other services I have used before, but the quality of service, above & beyond communication, and convenience is definitely worth the price.

He was very kind, helpful, and figured out that it was my battery. I did not realize it could be my battery since it was only 2 years old but it was. He got my car started and I was able to take to where I got the old battery to have it replaced. However, when my husband called to find how much to get his truck back he was told $1000 and $100 per day for storage. When he asked why he was told because his truck was a big truck and not a car. The sign did not specify what kind of vehicle only it's charges and fees. He then requested they tow the truck to the business next door and he charged him $250 to tow the truck 200 FEET!!
