Every chiropractor, everyone working the desk (how to they balance it all?!), and everyone in the back--top notch. I will say I think they do a good job with the therapy, but they are not great with insurance or payments. I had some services done and they never said payment was due. 6 months later they decided to ask me for moneys that I was unaware of. I think they should have kept me up to date and I would have done things differently. I think I was blindsided and it cost me much which, if I knew, I would have done things differently. Be Careful. My daughter and ex wife have been harassed, because they say I cant be contacted. Never a message or call until today, which I answered. They need better accounting. read more

Life can be a freaking pain in the neck! When it is, Dr. Glenn helps take the kinks out of it. I have been coming here ever since the day 8 years ago when we moved my oldest daughter into her first city apartment - a 3rd floor walk up. I could not move my neck and I literally felt frozen. I went from that to turning my neck, looking over my shoulder and being able to back up in a car! Over the years I have also needed physical therapy for a thigh injury and used that part of the clinic and I am addicted to Katika's massage in the Massage Center. Not only are all kinds of aches and pains helped here but the office staff is outstanding - Brittany and Diana are not only efficient, cheerful and compassionate - they are also just great human beings. Hello I am sharing my most recent experience which I am very unhappy with. I went in for a massage, of which I have gone for at this location. During my massage, the therapist was texting and her phone was binging during our session. I found it incredibly unprofessional and I could not relax. I went here for about 3 months and was entirely happy with it until I got a bill from a 3rd party radiologist for a pelvic reading. I was so po'd. I have had a multitude of testing done from my obgyn and my doctor and had no idea this office was going to outsource radiological readings-they did xrays but every chiropractor I have ever seen (25 years) reads these inhouse-it felt like they were just looking to rack up billings-i could have saved them the trouble had they asked. "Here he comes to save the day........" No, it's not Mighty Mouse; it's Doctor Jon! Last week, while getting dressed, I managed to throw my back out. Come on you know how hard it can be! Just me? Once I was done simultaneously crying and laughing at myself, I called Frankfort Chiropractic and they fit me in the same day. Phew! I was warmly welcomed as soon as I entered and Dr. Jon took the time to really figure out just how much I had screwed up my back. He listened to me and made sure that he only used equipment that could accommodate my pregnancy. I look forward to every visit. Not only do I come out feeling a lot better, but also the staff is very friendly. They were able to decipher my insurance coverage - no small feat and they are super flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments. I hobbled in barely able to walk and unable to transition from sitting to standing without assistance. After a few adjustments and lots of ice, I am now much better. They aren't BAD. Dr Glen and his office are all very nice. But I'm not comfortable that they have X-rays to 'treat you properly'. I've been seeing chiropractors since I was in preschool. I worked for one for 2 years. I have gone to my fair share of chiropractors, so I'd like to say I know what I'm talking about when it comes to treatment that I'm impressed with and others that are mediocre. I was treated for maintenance back care for most of my life, and I've been treated for some issues in between (i.e. car accident, sciatica, locked vertebrae, back pain due to weight, etc). I've had the doctors that are manual adjustments only, no other modalities. I've had the kind that only use an activator and take an X-ray. I've had the kind that include stretching, acupuncture and deep tissue massage along with a manual or activator adjustment, but don't take an X-ray. Let me state now, I prefer this. To me, this demonstrates a master in their trade. Any doctor who is a professional in his trade uses his senses to treat his patient successfully, not relying on seeing inside someone's body. A chiropractor works WITH the body, so why do they need to see inside it? So take note: You cannot be treated here long-term without an X-ray. I asked Dr Glen. He said he 'doesn't treat that way' (i.e. without X-rays), stating he could do more damage. He told me that without X-rays he's treating me 'generically', doing the bare minimum of treatment without knowing what's going on inside. I'm sorry, but I have been treated QUITE WELL by chiropractors who never took an X-ray. They used their training and skills, used their hands and their knowledge of my circumstances to provide me individualized care, and they treated me very successfully! Perhaps it comes down to preferences. But anyway, this is just one persons opinion based on a multitude of experiences. Make your own decision. read more

I am continuing to try and resolve fraudulent billing charges that they could not provide any service charges or billing details. I have contacted credit agencies and now the Illinois State's Attorney's Office to resolve this issue. Need I say more. read more

While the treatment was good, the billing is not. They had no problem asking for prepayment for services, and then when my insurance covered more than they expected, they said they would send me a refund "right away". It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting..... read more

I suffered with chronic low back pain for over 5 years. After seeing several chiropractors with little to NO improvement in my lower back, I turned to Dr. Glen and Frankfort Chiropractic. After 6 weeks of adjustments, all of the discomfort in my lower back was gone. I walked in the office with horrible vertigo, which was also alleviated by Dr. Glen's adjustments. Dr. Glen is a wonderful human being. I always feel comfortable when in his care, and I appreciate the amount of time that he spends with me during an adjustment. This is NOT a get them in, get them out type practice. Dr. Glen is very patient, and genuinely cares about his patients. I only wish that I had gone to Dr. Glen right away when I first started to experience back pain at the age of 21.
