That means I have to spend hundreds of dollars just to repair the damage caused by them in the first place. This is extremely unfair and very disappointing. When you go to a salon, you expect your hair to be treated with care -- not ruined and then used as an opportunity to charge you more. I would strongly caution anyone considering a keratin treatment here.
