I had an outstanding experience at Frankie M's Auto Body. After discovering a bad nail in my tire, I rushed in just before closing time, and the owner welcomed me without any hesitation. His kindness and honesty were immediately apparent. He took the time necessary to ensure that my tire was plugged securely, going above and BEYOND to save me from the finanical burden of a tire replacement given my car lease ends soon. He explained everything to me, and was incredibly personable which made the whole experience outstanding. You can tell that he cares about his customers and really goes out of his way for them, which is why I will be sending all my friends & family to this shop from here on out. I have been using Frankie M's through several cars and continue to have the utmost faith in their ability to fix my cars. I recently was rear ended and brought my car in for an estimate. This occurred shortly after I had my son's car fixed there as well. In the past, I had worked with the owner, Anthony, but current 2 experiences were with the new manager, Billy. Billy provided the same professionalism as I always received at Frankie M's. One car was repaired at the expense of the insurance company, the other at my son's expense. Both cars were both fixed to my complete satisfaction, the price was more than fair on my son's out of pocket costs, and Billy took care of all issues with the insurance company and car rental on the other. Used this place 6 years ago and didn't know where else to go. From the 1st call to them, I spoke to the current owner, Billy. He was the nicest, most respectful person, out to help in anyway possible. I'm an older woman who knows nothing about repair work, but he spoke my language from the first minute. He helped me with insurance, car rental pick up and drop off, and all related questions, with no hassles usually associated with other repair services. I never felt taken advantage of, which I found sometimes happens when dealing with younger people, unfortunately. I'd recommend anyone with a need for efficient and reliable car repair, go see Billy! I had an accident in September and I contacted Bill at Frankie M's. He send a flatbed over promptly and from there took care of everything. Unfortunately, my SUV was totaled but he negotiated with the insurance company to get the highest value and also got them to pay for the towing and storage fees. absolutely amazing. I had a small hit and run. My bumper had a small dent and me not knowing anything about cars I was panicking. I live in Nassau. I didn't want any accidents while driving. Went to their shop. The guy helped me out, fixed my dent so that I can feel safe while driving. he even looked around to see if there was anything to be concerned about. My neighbor got a ridiculously high estimate so I asked them to go to Frankie M's. They were able to accommodate the car immediately and saved me thousands on repairs.
