You have to leave a voicemail & pray they feel like returning your call. 2) My car was in their shop for almost a month with little to no communication from the mechanic about how long it would take or where they were in the process. 3) When I got my car back I began having issues I never had before, including my car randomly not starting & my hood latch being broken. 4) After calling the shop numerous times about this & not receiving a call back for weeks, I went to the shop & they were closed for vacation as of that morning. 5) I ended up having to use a new mechanic & pay them to fix everything that Champion had messed up. The bright side to all of this I've now found an excellent mechanic, who communicates & gets the job done properly.

Brought it to a reputable transmission place who showed me pictures and video of old original parts that were never changed out by champion transmissions. If I could give this zero stars, I would. No warrantee since he shut down, now have to do a whole new transmission. If this place is still open and operating somewhere else, please avoid it at all costs.
