I am SO grateful to Frankie's Dry Ice!! I had a refrigerator that was slowly dying and was getting too warm inside. I needed dry ice to keep items in the fridge and freezer as cold as possible until the new refrigerator arrived. I called the owner and explained my predicament to her, she explained that in cases like mine where someone needed smaller amount of dry ice (as opposed to commercial properties/needs), that they offered pick-up service directly from their residence in Newport Beach. She gave me fantastic tips for maximizing the effectiveness of using the dry ice too!! When the first company failed to deliver the refrigerator (I'm looking at you, Home Depot!!), I had to go pick up more dry ice to hold me over until Lowe's came and got the new refrigerator delivered. While dry ice is much more expensive than I expected, Frankie's sells it cheaper per pound than other places. The owners responded fast, were helpful and I'm very grateful to them for providing not only a needed product, but the personal touch for my needs!
