Frankie is truly the best! I met Frankie during a very hard period when my dog was truly out of control. I really needed someone that I could absolutely trust with my dog and Frankie proved more than capable. She put me in touch with the right trainers and my dog was suddenly a different person. Now that he has no behavioral issues Frankie is the only person I entrust him to. She's truly a caring person and has cared for all my 3 animals (I also 2 have two cats) both at my home and hers. She also has several walkers and sitters that work with her and they are all genuinely very loving of all the animals and very capable. I highly recommend her to anyone with sitting or walking needs in DFW area.

Amazing experience for our dog Bodhi. We were referred to Frankie by a friend so board our dog while we were out of town and it was a great decision. Frankie crates a warm and inviting environment allowing dogs to be comfortable while engaging with other dogs. Consistent updates were made via both IG and text and we never had a worry while we were gone. You can tell her passion for animals runs deep and she's a spectacular trainer as well. We cannot wait to use Frankie again - we know Bodhi is already looking forward to it. read more

Frankie has been taking extra special care of my doggos for over a year now and I'm so happy I found her! She addresses each dogs special needs and mine absolutely adore her. We love Frankies Paws and Play. Before we had used a more nationally known chain that was cage free boarding, all-day play. The people there cared about my dog but they always came home wreaking of urine. Ace always comes home smelling fresh and clean. Frankie posts daily photos and videos and you can really see how calm and relaxed the atmosphere is. Ace is always so excited to see Frankie and seems a bit sad to go home lol. Frankie trained with Cesar Millan and she really helped Ace with his separation anxiety, leash pulling on walks, and potty training. I feel better knowing Ace will be with Frankie during the day while I am away. read more

Our dogs are very sad case rescue dogs who can be very shy. We have had other walkers try to walk our dogs with varying degrees of success. Frankie and her staff really took the time to establish a relationship with our dogs. It is obvious when we run into them in the park that our dogs are happy to see them. Frankie is THE BEST when it comes to all things pet sitting and dog walking. You can tell that working with dogs is absolutely her calling - she's an absolute expert! Frankie has been wonderful in not only providing daycare/sitting and boarding for our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Ace, but also in offering training and advice as well. Again, Frankie is absolutely an expert and embodies the Cesar Milan way - you can see it in how she works with and interacts with the dogs. They are always so calm at her house! Just after a day or two with Frankie and Ace was already calmer and more self-confident. I just can't say enough great things about Frankie and her pet sitting, pet boarding, and dog walking operation. We are SO LUCKY that we have someone like her around here! Frankie and her hand picked crew of dog walkers are so loving and kind and attentive to our dog's needs. which is why my lab, Jersey and I have been clients for 6 years. Frankie's home is a pup resort, really. There is an extensive play area with water. inside there are plenty of beds. Frankies calm demeanor is perfect to insure that everyone gets along. My Jersey is a chow hound. She will eat every dog's meal. So she's fed separately. When Jersey was young she had tummy problems all the time. Frankie introduced me to activated charcoal and pumpkin, saving me $$ on vet bills and settling her belly. Just recently Frankie worked with Jersey to reduce her debilitating fear of thunderstorms. I am so grateful for all that Frankie does for us. read more

We cannot thank Frankie enough for always taking such good care of our dog. She is the kindest most dog loving person I have met. We have busy schedules and Frankie has always been flexible to accommodate us and always has a smile on her face. When we lived uptown and needed a dog walker Frankie was there. When we moved out into the country a few years later we were not looking forward to finding another pet sitter, but luckily Frankie was available to meet up and was flexible for us to drop our dog off at her house when we went out of town. We always knew that our dog would be taken good care of and that she was spoilt. Thank you Frankie for being such a wonderful caring person and loving our dog as though it were your own. read more

Three Years of Being Dismissed After Airway Surgery - My Honest Experience…read more Three years ago, I brought my French Bulldog, Bambina, to this hospital for nares widening and elongated soft palate (BOAS) surgery because she was having breathing difficulties. I had originally considered going to a specialist in Dallas with excellent reviews, but I chose this hospital because it was right across from my office and I trusted what I was being told. I was told this surgery would help her breathing. What I was not told at the time was that: * The surgery might not fully resolve her symptoms * Tissue could regrow * The correction might be insufficient * She could still struggle long-term Had I been clearly advised that the surgery might not work or could require future corrective procedures, I would have seriously reconsidered keeping her. French Bulldogs are expensive, and I had already invested thousands of dollars. I was not financially prepared to face repeated airway surgeries or watch a dog slowly suffer from something I believed would be corrected. Since the surgery, Bambina has continued to struggle. For three years, I brought her back repeatedly. I saw multiple doctors at this facility. I complained about: * Ongoing respiratory distress * Loud breathing even at rest * Exercise intolerance (she cannot walk even short distances, even at 5 AM) * Repeated sinus infections * Vomiting and inability to keep food or water down without risk of aspiration Over and over, I was reassured she was "fine." One night, listening to her gasping for air while awake, I was devastated. I realized I could not continue being dismissed. I requested to speak directly with the surgeon who performed the procedure, as she travels in from out of state and is not regularly available. I also wrote her a letter explaining the severity of Bambina's condition. She agreed to meet with me free of charge. At that appointment: * She acknowledged Bambina is not breathing correctly. * When I pointed out that her nostrils still appear extremely tight, she stated she "could have possibly opened them more." * When I asked how that made me feel about the soft palate portion of the surgery -- whether that too may not have been done aggressively enough -- she declined to discuss revision. * She stated she did not want to perform corrective surgery because I "didn't trust her." For clarity: I never said I did not trust her. I said I did not believe the surgery had been done adequately because my dog has struggled for three years. When I asked why I was never advised at the time of surgery that this procedure might not work or that new data suggests these surgeries may not always resolve airway issues, I was told that information more recently suggests that results can vary. That possibility was never explained to me beforehand. Instead of discussing solutions, she stated she would "let her insurance company handle it." After this appointment, I requested Bambina's medical records. I was told I would receive information within 24 hours. Several days passed without receiving records. When I followed up, I was informed that Bambina had been terminated as a patient of the clinic. After three years of loyalty -- and after bringing two French Bulldogs to this hospital -- my dog was dismissed after I advocated for her. Bambina did nothing wrong. She is just a dog struggling to breathe. Watching your dog gasp for air is heartbreaking. It is devastating to feel unheard for years, to finally be acknowledged, and then to be terminated from care. I am sharing this because pet owners deserve full transparency when making life-altering surgical decisions for brachycephalic breeds. Ask detailed questions. Ask about failure rates. Ask about revision policies. Ask what happens if symptoms persist. Advocating for your animal should never result in losing access to care. Shame on you, Dr. Carter I truly believe you should care more about your patience and their quality of life. and can you believe they had the nerve to tell us at the end? Bambina is no longer a patient there because I simply asked to advocate for her if you listen to this video that is gonna be underneath, you tell me $4000 later this is the surgery that went well absolutely not In the hospital's public response to my Google review, it was implied that this matter involved a request for reimbursement. That is not accurate. At no time did I request money back. I requested a medical discussion regarding possible revision because my dog continues to experience breathing difficulty. My sole objective has been corrective care and improved quality of life for my dog -- not financial compensation.

While the X-ray found nothing, Dr. Hoag took her time to explain what could be the issue, our treatment plan, and next steps if we don't see improvements in the next week. My best friend is out of town and we are dog sitting. Before she left, she told me that if anything happened to her older dog, to please take him to Liberty Grove, as she knew from our experiences that Dr. Hoag and the vets at Liberty Grove , that we would be given the best treatment and information to help them make an informed decision. Called to see if I could walk in with 5 kittens who needed subcutaneous fluids after recent neuter…read more(kittens not eating much or drinking) and was told they did not do that but would charge $140 litter fee plus app $325.00 (for the fluids)... so I tried calling other places then called their sister company Rowlett Veterinary Clinic who also checked and stated they could do the $140 litter fee. I ended up making appointment at Liberty Grove but noticed that they charged me a consultation fee of $77.85 for each kitten which totaled way more than the $140 so I called a total of three times and was finally told that if I was keeping all kittens I had to pay higher fee... and then after was also told that they charged more since they were sick (although the dr said they were all fine but I wanted fluids just to be safe and also paid to have three injected with anti nausea meds).... Even though my initial phone call had all the details and was given the quote of $140.00. I am upset that I was lied to. Update: The practice manager, Cody Boyd, reached out to me this morning after my review. He apologized for the miscommunication and issued a refund of $233.55. I appreciate that he took the time to look into the situation and make things right. My concerns about the original quote versus the charges still stand, but I do want to acknowledge that they followed up and corrected part of the bill.

Frankie and her team have been walking my little man, Leo, for almost a year now, and to say that they go above and beyond is an understatement. Whether it be daily pack walks with the other dogs in the area, coming by in the afternoon or evenings (or for that matter whenever I have needed) for play time/feeding/quick walk, or babysitting over night or on weekends, Leo always has the best time and is very well taken care of. Frankie's devotion, love for animals, and trained experience working with Cesar Millan, made me feel comfortable and trusting from the beginning. She truly cares for each and every one of the animals she is entrusted with, and takes the time to give feedback to their owners on how things are going, any improvements that need to be made, and tips on the best kind of medical care/food/etc. (Not to mention the picture and video updates!) There have also been numerous instances where a last minute or unexpected change to the schedule has come up, to which she has never had an issue accommodating (all while doing it with a smile on her face). It is very comforting knowing that I can rely on her whenever need be and that Leo is in good hands. It is clear how special of a relationship she has with each of the animals, and also the camaraderie that develops between the animals as evidenced by their reactions whenever we run into a fellow pack-walk member. I would highly recommend (and have already done so to several friends and family) Frankie and her team, and feel that they truly provide one of a kind service! read more

We cannot say enough positive things about Frankie and her team, they've quickly become a part of our family! Her services came highly recommended as we recently moved to Dallas from Chicago and were in need of daily walks and overnight stays. Frankie's passion, dedication, thoroughness, and knowledge is unparalleled, I mean she's even trained with Cesar Millan's team! They are very professional, providing a calendar of her activity as well as text, picture, and video updates. We know our fur baby, Olive, is in great hands, which is beyond comforting. Frankie is incredible with communicating and ensuring her customers are comfortable and informed. She keeps a daily log and sends me pictures and/or videos frequently during their walks and weekend stays. I have used many services and boarders, and Frankie is THE BEST -- never called with a conflict and always available. I will use her as long as she'll let us :) Importantly, my rescue who was extremely fearful and shy has transformed into a little social butterfly. Both dogs walk politely on a leash now--something I NEVER thought I'd experience with my two stubborn terriers. read more
