My cat is the most calm cat you could imagine he is so sweet and friendly with everyone and both times ive gotten him back from his "paws up" grooming that he's been extremely skidding and timid of everything around him. They cut my cats whiskers which is known world wide as a BIG NO. As if the service isn't pricey enough i cannot believe they treat animals as if they are toys. When i called to ask why his whiskers were cut i was given the pathetic excuse that it was an "accident". How do you even get a job in a his position to take care of people's babies if you aren't going to do it properly or treat them like your own. My cat is scarred from this experience and i will NOT be returning to this negligent grooming spot and i wouldn't recommended it to anyone who cares about the well being of their pets , especially if you don't want their behavior to DRASTICALLY change in the few hours from when you drop them off to pick them up.

Pawtham truly changed my dogs life furrever…read more Our dog Charlie was not friendly to people who weren't my husband, myself, or my daughter. He was a rescue dog we got years ago that we assumed had no possibility of changing as we had tried multiple times to break this behavior. He was just scared of other people, but because he's so adorable people thought it was okay to pet him. Charlie had a habit of snapping at people when they did this, even when we warned the people not to do it. Fast forward to Pawtham, when we moved to the area my husband and Charlie moved first while I stayed behind for several months to wrap up things at work. So he needed a daycare to take Charlie to so that he wasn't home by himself too much. He found Pawtham online and called the facility to explain Charlie's behavior problems. They offered to try and take care of him even with his unique personality. Over time Charlie actually warmed up to the staff at the facility which made us so happy and trusting to know that they took the time and care he needed. We have not taken Charlie back to Pawtham because of COVID. My husband has been working mostly from home, but Charlie is now forever changed. When we take him to meet new people now we still have to give them warnings that he might snap at them, but somehow his time at Pawtham has allowed him to realize that people are "good" again. Now instead of there being no chance of him warming up to humans, it takes him a day or sometimes just hours and he's okay with being touched by them, which brings our heart so much joy!!!! If you love your dog and want them to have someone you trust care for them, use Pawtham! You won't be disappointed!!!

Even when I had one who had just gotten out of the emergency vet and needed medicine, she happily took care of him. Another time, she alerted me to a possible medical issue. I am posting this late review because I am seeking a new sitter. Used Barb several times…read morethroughout 2023 for my senior chihuahua. I was always greeted in the driveway and never saw how dogs were kept inside, however, I got a call that he had run away which he has never done. He was turned in to a shelter and she got him back while I was out of town. I think she left him outside and he always barks at the door to be let in and I suspect no one let him in do he found a hole in the fence in her big yard and went to find help, we have not used her again.

When I picked up our dog she looked terrible. She was filthy, lost a lot of weight and had crazy amounts of blood in her poop. I would never recommend this place.
