I walked in two minutes early, and Melody the desk was very taken back and told me that she was not open in a very rough attitude. I proceeded to tell her that I had an appointment in two minutes that I made online. She told me that there was no appointments for me at 7:30 but she doesn't have anyone that comes in until 9 o'clock that even remotely able to help me. That was not her problem that it was corporate's problem and tough luck. I mean there was a bit of words exchanged, and I tried to stay as quiet as I could, but I ended up leaving and going to O'Connor Automotive in Palmyra, New York. I was on vacation from my job in another state. On our last day of vacation, our parked car was hit in a parking lot taking off the bumper, headlight, and blinker. Mack's shop handled everything with the insurance company (they are a direct repair shop for several at the time of this writing). Because they knew we needed to get back to our jobs in another state, they did everything they could to speed the process. The work quality was terrific and the job was done start-finish in 3 days. Nathan and his crew helped me when I was stranded on the side of the road, Brad a service tech there pulled up beside me and offered me a hand to their shop, as i was stranded on the side of County 7 . From there the family took care of me while I was also not familiar with the area, it was Friday evening before Labor day weekend and they took my Truck , which just decided to stop driving and assure me they would take good care of it for me over labor day weekend. They communicated with me throughout the entire ordeal, checked over everything, took care of the issue they caught & had it ready by that Tuesday. I said again I'm not from that area, but just from telling some friends from my area this story (Rush NY) they have decided to take their vehicles there for maintenance.
