I had my car towed back home and had my water pump replaced for under $500. I hope everyone nearby sees this and NEVER goes here for any type of repair.

(Driver's side door) 1) Regulator wasn't adjusted properly so when door was shut all the way, the window didn't close property 2) As pictures show, triangular door piece, where a tweeter speaker is located, Wasn't properly seated when door was put back together. 3) The NEW motor/regulator part doesn't move window "like new." When opened all the way and then closed, the motor sounds like it struggles a little bit and sounds clunky. Doesn't sound new for sure. UPDATE Same day: I took the car back right away as I am VERY pissed off about how my car was treated... I take the best care of this car and I feel like the mechanic "Matt," didn't give 2 shits about my car. 2007 with 70,000. My Z used to sit in my garage and only be driven during the summer, but unfortunately now it has become a daily driver for my girlfriend. Once I took it back, same day, they adjusted the door, what seemed to have fixed my problem number 1). Still leaves problem 2 & 3. When they drove it back out of the garage, the piece still wasn't seated properly in its place. Kevin drove it back in to have it looked at and "fixed." As I stood there, I watched what they were doing. Instead of taking the door back apart, they proceeded to force it back in its place as a girl, that seemed to have been someone's girlfriend, stood by their side, watching and laughing. They brought the car back out, said it was done, took one look and pushed on the piece and the whole thing is still loose and out of place. I plan to go back to this shop, on my own time today 4/24/2020, miss a few hours of work, and ask for a partial refund and a replacement part that they broke. This car door has never been taken apart for any reason once in its lifetime. I've owned it new since 2007. After over 8 years of having work done on my vehicle at this place, XL Auto, I've just about lost faith in their mechanics. I trust Kevin, but he wasn't the one that attempted to fix my Z's window. Attention to detail, especially on my baby, was expected. What I received was shit poor craftsmanship from a shop that doesn't get much business anymore. Next time, I should just take my Nissan to the dealer if I want better quality and craftsmanship. I already have issues trusting ANY mechanic to touch my rides. Jesus...
