Made an appt to have work done. Brake replacement, wheel bearings repacked, seals on slide out…read morechecked and roof cleaned and resealed. They offered me a complete wash and wax which I agreed to. They had it for 3 weeks which I thought was a reasonable amount of time. They called me the end of the second week and gave me a progress report and said they would have it finished next week..I called on Monday of the next week and told them I wanted to pick it up and Friday they looked at their schedule and said I definitely could pick it up Friday since the wash and wax was all that was left to do. I showed up Friday morning they couldn't find my paperwork and when they did I found out the wash and wax never done. Since I lived 100 miles away I said forget it. I was disappointed at the least. I should have called Wednesday to check but I didn't. Their facility is brand new and impressive but that scores no points with me.. Poor management and disappointed in the outcome. I would use them again but with the caveat to check before picking it up. 2 stars is all I could muster!!!

I don't live locally and I had a major issue with my trailer when I was passing through the area. I called Meyers and spoke with Owen. He guided me through the initial process of needing to contact my insurance company and, thereafter, worked closely with me and my insurance agent to expedite the estimate.
