I felt if they stood behind their vehicles and the low miles I should have a few years without major repairs!! WRONG!!! 6 months in traction control light comes on, 2 weeks later service 4x 4 light. Keep in mind beginning of October...no reason for 4x4 anything! Made an appointment...bring the jeep in...transfer case sensor and sensor for traction control &1000.00. And couldn't get the part cause none of the other jeep dealers would give them up is what I was told...that tells me it's a common problem !! Serviceman at Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep told me It would be awhile for the part...no loaner but my jeep was safe to drive!! 5 weeks later the part comes in, get my jeep to Friendly Jeep.,,Now transfer case is bad...$2500.00 more!! Lady in service did get me a loaner this time...I am thinking they were cramming that extended warranty down my throat because they knew there were issues!! $3500.00 and they offered $250 off my bill! What happened to jeep 7 yr 70,000 mile warranty?

We had called another area dealer that was closer to home, but were told that we would have to leave the car for one day. Also, we felt that the person at that other dealership was not courteous or interested in what they wanted. The response that we received at Garber Chevrolet was completely different. The person arranging the appointment assured us that the work could be done while we waited. She was professional and courteous. We were met by service advisor, Matt Jackson, who was exceptional. He not only provided an estimate of how long the repair would take, he also assured us that our wait at the dealership would not be long. Matt was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The experience in the waiting area was great. Coffee, other beverages and snacks were readily available, and there was plenty of space for relaxing or working at desk areas with electrical outlets for charging. While looking at cars in the showroom, we met their very cheerful and friendly receptionist. She explained how much she enjoyed working at Garber, and it showed. When I asked a question about one of the cars on the floor (a Corvette, of course), the receptionist called the sales manager, who like the others at the dealership, was friendly and helpful. When the car was ready, Matt did a great job explaining the work that was done, described upcoming maintenance and service per Chevy intervals, and absorbed the cost of a new wiper blade as a way to provide a nice start to our relationship with this dealership. When we returned the keys to my mother-in-law, we said "how often is it that, when you're told your car is ready, you actually wouldn't mind hanging around the dealership and its staff a while longer." I highly recommend this dealership based on our experience.

So I brought my car to bob Hastings collision since they have a geico agent inside. Very convenient. They do the repairs on my car takes 2 weeks which is fine I understand how busy shops can get. I pick up my car from the shop, front end looks great, drive it home. Literally on my way home from the shop pulling into my driveway part of the coil of my strut fly's off the car and I hear the metal hit the ground. I immediately call the shop and inform them of what happened and they request I bring it back in for them to look at. So that brings us to today I drive my car back to the shop, the only place I've driven since the accident. Show them what fell off. The shop claims they did not touch any of the suspension so it's not something they did. The geico agent comes out and tells me this is not related to the crash that I was in. "It was just bad timing" So you are telling me that a piece of my car fell off right after the repairs from the accident I was in. And this has 0 to do with the accident and I would have to repair the struts not through insurance. What really happened is the geico agent didn't even bother seeing if the damage affected the suspension and the shop never repaired it so since both missed it it's on me. I will never go back to this shop and I hope that none of you do either it's a complete scam. 0 stars

I went on 10/15, waited 1 and 1/2 hours, only to be informed that none of the work got done. Someone ordered the wrong seatbelt extender. The technician noted half way through putting on my mirror, that there was some broken parts, so he put my malfunctioning one back on. The screen was not acting up ( go figure ), so they couldn't fix it. Was informed that everything would be handled and I would hear from them very soon. It's been a week and nothing! When you buy a business, you should honor all commitments made to customers that have been faithful to the dealership for the last 8 years. After complaining about this last time, they did change the oil for free, but refused when I brought it in this time. Today I was told that the car needed to have the rear brakes replaced...again. We just had all new breaks put on and within 13,000 miles, they want me to replace them again. They are not willing to honor or stand behind the work they did, and wouldn't even offer a discount based on their poor installation or use of crappy parts. I used to love bringing my car here for service, but it's become an unethical service department and I will never buy another car from here again.

I took the car in again and was told that I broke the mechanism even though they were the last ones to open and close the hood and I would be charged $159/hr to get it diagnosed. Worst service I have ever seen.
