Due to them being so busy they weren't able to come same day due to not having a truck but assured my husband that they'd be out bright and early the next day. ABSOUTELY kept their word!! I was very lucky to find a good sized, reputable firm in Candler, close to where I was. Contacting them and scheduling a service was very easy, they were able to send a tech out the next week. Greg was very knowledgeable and capable. I really didn't know much about the system I had, I had only changed filters in the basement quarterly. As it turns out, I had second furnace that I didn't know about up in the attic to heat the second floor. And THAT filter was nasty, guessing it almost never got changed. Greg was in and out in a couple of hours, everything is running great, and I've already noticed the improvement in the air quality upstairs. Great service at a fair price, highly recommended.
