Weve seen 3 different doctors there and they were all women who listened when my daughter advocated for herself/I advocated/explained for her and even gave some tips on a possible underlying issue to look into with her PCP. everyone is friendly and I can tell they genuinely enjoy working there. My daughter is especially more comfortable there because they seem to have mostly (if not all) female providers. You can always follow up on your care with a phone call to ask questions or gain clarification vs. making another appointment! Highly recommend!

He's a (somewhat) knowledgable doctor but has a massively inflated ego. The first time I went he said that he doesn't want to treat ANYONE that goes to another doctor (including if you're travelling and need a doctor for a few months in another state/country). On the 2nd visit I had with him he said there was a "breakdown in communication" between us because I didn't want him as my primary care doctor and had medical attention from another doctor since the last visit (I dont know why his staff allowed a 2nd apt to happen if he was so against it). At that point the appointment was a waste, so I left. Got a letter in the mail less than a week later saying that he'd never treat me again because there was a "breakdown in communication". Really unneeded, condescending, and holier than thou attitude. If you don't want a patient to come into your office, don't let your staff book them, that simple. If you're looking for a knowledgable doctor that is the only doctor you go to, this is your guy. If you're like the rest of the world and theres a chance you'll visit another doctor, don't waste your time here because he will refuse to treat you and you'll get a rude letter in the mail that you hurt his feelings for visiting other doctors too.

I was surprised by two bills, however. $171 for the physician group, and another $619 for a facility charge. $790 charged for a 10-15 minute minimal complexity visit is shameful. Other walk-in clinics I have used do not charge a facility fee. Perhaps because this one is located in a hospital they justify it, but this is no ER and the consumer should not be similarly upcharged. I called the billing dept at 983-8300 and was told things like taking my height, weight, and blood pressure go towards the facility fee and this location is considered one step down from an ER. I call BS. It's services are no different than other extended hour clinics. I'll pay my bill, but will not return to this expensive location.

We've gone here for urgent care several times over the past few years. The care is good but…read morethere's always some kind of a hitch. This time they dutifully asked who our primary care physician is which sounds nice for continuity of care. But, wait, no they won't send the info to our doctor. Our doctor has to send them a request and then we would have to sign a release of info. And then I guess they would finally divulge the info at some time in the future. Most places ask who your doctor is and you just request that the info be sent to them and it's done. Not here; continuity of care is not in their vocabulary. This is an unnecessary inconvenience and they need to get with the times! So go for the care but it won't be easy to get the info sent to your primary care dr.

They had the best prices in town which is great for people like us. The dentist was completely honest about pricing and future work that would need done. He listened to and acknowledged what my husband had to say. Showed him his x ray picture and how a previous dentist didn't fully fill in a root canal done years before. Other staff even understood our situation and had tips on where we could go for help. I'd recommend them to everyone I know :) I'll be needing work done myself eventually and plan on calling these guys.
