I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!

I took the old starter to a repair shop and it tested good. The problem turned out to be the positive and negative battery cables. As for my lawn mower they told me it was a bad battery. I replaced the battery and the problem was not fixed. It turned out to be the voltage regulator. For the diagnosis Rock Solid charged me $335.00 and the parts I wasted money on cost me another $275.00. The diagnosis took less than 30 min's. I felt that I should be refunded for the faulty diagnosis to which they refused. I cannot recommend Rock Solid Mobile Repair to anyone. They cost me $610.00 and refused to make it right. They are not rock solid. You should run from this company and call someone else.

The truck was dealing with a persistent overheating problem and a belt squeal no one else could seem to solve. The trailer had an electrical short in the lights and a bad axle hub that made it unsafe to tow. Bruce with Premier Mobile Mechanic came out, found every issue fast, explained everything clearly, and had both back in working order before most shops would've even returned a call. After talking to him for awhile, I'm convinced this man can fix just about anything. From diesel and gas engines to wiring, welding, hydraulics, and heavy equipment. Premier Mobile Mechanic is the kind of business that feels rare these days; honest, reliable, and run by someone who genuinely knows what they're doing. Bruce Barker is one of those rare people who can fix just about anything, and he shows up ready to get the job done right. I had four UTVs and a generator that needed to be worked on. I reached out to Milton Mobile Mechanics, and I was immediately impressed with Jeremy. His communication regarding the work that I needed to be done was bar none. I have been in the service industry for over 25 years, and I cannot remember one person that is like Jeremy. He was very clear about the service he was going to provide, asked a lot of questions so that he was 100% prepared for the work he was coming to do, and all pricing and charges were conveyed up front. He suggested many things to me to help save me money, never an up sale on a service, it was all about me as the consumer. I am sorry, but it is VERY rare to find that these days. For example, I was going to pay with credit card so that he could get paid faster, since he is a small operation, that is important for cash flow. He told me twice that it was okay to write a check; please know I work for a large commercial outfit, checks can take up to two weeks to cut, and he was willing to wait for his money so that I could save the 3% service charge. Second, before he ever arrived, he wanted to make sure that he knew everything about the equipment he was coming to fix so that when he arrived, he had EVERYTHING he needed to complete the job, this prevents him having to run to the store to pick something up and have to come back. If the job took him longer (searching for parts, shopping for part, etc) that would have cost me more because I am paying for his time. The 30 - 45 mins (over multiple conversations) we spent talking before he came simply made him more prepared and saved me money again. He asked more questions than a doctor does! :) Now to talk about the work itself, everything was exactly what he said he was going to do, he was of course PREPARED for what needed to be done, he was neat and clean, done correctly, communicated with me while he was working on the equipment to tell me everything he was doing and even did additional checks on the equipment without me asking, because he knew I was selling the equipment and he wanted to make sure everything was ready for me to sell. He simply went over and above what I expected and didn't cost me a dime more for it. Oh, and I am WELL outside his normal service area. Like 60 miles outside his range. Most of the time when I tell someone where I am and they don't normally work in that area; they will just immediately tell you that they don't go that far and decline the work. Jeremy never complained about, he just immediately said yes, he would come down there and was clear that there would be an additional charge for the distance. I knew going into it I would have to pay more because of this, so I had no issue with it. He even took a picture of his mileage; the time he left and shared his WAYS app showing when he left his service area to just show me that he was honest about what the trip charge was going to be. Seriously, who does this.....well I now know one person that does...Jeremy If you ever need work done on farm tractor, lawn mowers, UTVs, four-wheelers, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and other small engines you have to call Milton Mobile Mechanics. Pet supplies as well as other animal supplies like for your chickens, horses and live stock. They offer a wide variety of of gardening, farming stuff from your basic items to building your own greenhouse. During the holidays you could even gift shop here for your more rustic friends and family. TSC even has a dog wash station for you pup! The metal baths are spacious, have a ramp, and hair dryers (even though I don't use them because my dog hates loud noises). They also supply a variety of soaps or you can bring you own. They also provide towels, combs, brushes. Best part, you get to leave the mess there and not in your house. They have a hamper for used towels and it's appreciated by the next customer if you rinse out the tub and hang up the non-skid mat for the next dog. It's only $10 a wash but worth every penny. I can wash my dog in 1/3 of the time it takes me to do it at home because their set up is so great. They also have great sales on dog food, toys, beds. We don't farm but I do garden and they have plenty of good deals on items I need with a nice selection. They have great sales on Christmas items especially the closer it gets to Dec. 25, with a good selection.
