They removed a stone planter that divided the dining area from the open living room thereby opening the kitchen all the way through the dining room into the living/great room. They removed the ceramic tiles on the floor in the kitchen and installed natural hardwood floors throughout the kitchen and dining room to match the floor in the great room. We removed the 8' x 3' island that was in the kitchen and replaced it with a 12' x 3' modern island with a quartz countertop and 36" gas downdraft range. They removed the tile backsplashes and replaced them with glass subway tiles with modern glass inserts. All lighting was changed to led fixtures brightening the eat in dining area, kitchen counters, island and dining room. All new JennAire SS appliances were installed. All fixtures in the our 3 bathrooms were updated and led lighting installed in place of fluorescent lighting. Dustin managed the process and gave us an exciting modernized living area that we thoroughly enjoy and resulted in our decision to stay in Chattanooga rather than move to Massachusetts or New Hampshire.
