If you have never been, this place is huge, and carries almost any kind of tile and/or flooring materials imaginable. But the sheer size of it can be a little overwhelming. Fortunately I was approached by a service employee upon entry, and guided promptly to the right tile. On my own I easily could have taken an hour to hunt it down haha. I wasn't sure what the grout was, but I had a pic and she guided me to a like shade of gray, as well as to the mastic. Supplies gathered quickly with help of capable service team on the floor. She immediately start correcting my verbiage when she knew what I was talking about. I told her that I would come to review some of the facets that were available. She told me that I had to have an appointment to visit there show room. Which she said was not open. She also told me that I had to work through a plumber to visit and purchase items. I told here that I was a license plumber and thanked her for her candor. She hurried off the phone. I guess with an area code of 630 she assumed that I was not a plumber. Or that my articulation with words was not welcomed by her. I was left with the feeling that this southern Illinois plumbing establishment is not people friendly.

They had me pushing buttons on the front panel in varying seque, for varying numbers of seconds, for an hour--not counting the time I was on hold. Finally, they said they could not help. I started calling appliance repair places all over my zip code. Most could "call me within two business days to tell me when they could 'get to me'". One quoted $120 just to show up--whenever that might be. BUT, THEN--angels sang and harps played as I received a prompt call back from Kierski! They showed up just 5 minutes later, worked magic on my Samsung side-by-side, accepted a check for only $65 (service call charge only!), AND Rich and Chesney were pleasant and professional! put their information in your phone!
