The "Big Frank" that the company is named after is aptly named, however "creepy" might be better suited. He told me if I scratched/massaged his back he would deliver my fridge for free. Are you freaking kidding me?? I like to save a buck but that is disgusting. That should have been a clue right there but, alas, it wasn't. They also were lazy and instead of walking 3 extra feet off the front porch, they cut through my front yard and walked through an entire section of plants and flowers. Not only did they completely trample them, the grill guard from the bottom of the fridge got caught on the plants and ripped completely off and they just left it lying in my garden area. I bought a fridge that they lied and claimed that it was an unsused "scratch and dent" model. There were no shelves in it when it was in the store, but when it arrived, there was plenty of moldy crumbs left behind. It was delivered the third appointment that was set, with all sorts of excuses on why they missed it the first two times, and the third time it was three hours late. IT DID NOT WORK! They told me to give it a couple days. Finally they sent a repair person to the house who "fixed"it. They put me off for another week before sending a second repair guy out who said they needed to order parts. A week later, part arrived, and they needed to schedule a time to pick it up to fix it in the shop. A few missed appointments later, they finally picked it up. After a few weeks and many unreturned phone calls, they said it was working and scheduled delivery. As usual, not on time or close to reasonably late. And again, I was delivered a fridge that did not work. They eventually agreed to give me a refund and pick up the crap that they sold me. Now it has been a few months and still no refund. They are now offering store credit. LIKE THERE IS ANYTHING IN THEIR STORE THAT I WOULD WANT IN MY HOUSE NOW!!! Don't buy their crap, and save yourself from their lies and lack of service!
