Everyone I spoke to commented on how "cared for" they felt. I would highly recommend Victor and his staff to anyone who must deal with all the arrangements needed for the loss of a loved one.

They took extra care to find a preacher from my relative's country to lead the services--that was such a thoughtful touch. Please move away from money grubbing funeral homes like the one in Canarsie that everyone goes to -- they don't care about you nor your family member. Didn't offer hand sanitizer, masks or anything for COVID safety. They did give me a bottle of hand sanitizer after i asked with the promise i wouldn't put it on their fine wood tables (im not kidding) The woman who seemed to be in charge argued with my grieving mother about pictures she swore we never gave to her. Two seconds later one of the employees brought them out right as they were having the conversation. No apology. Didn't even feel the need to vacuum between the days we went.
